What an amazing place. Nicky Pham is inspiring, and inspired, and caring. Her classes add to my quality of life and being. That is about as much of a compliment as you could give anyone/anything. Her yoga makes me healthier and happier. And, I know that she is extending my life. Thanks Nicky, and Extend!
I really enjoyed my 2-week introduction offer. The classes have been phenomenal. And even more impressive, is the warmth, friendliness and kindness from all of the instructors and feeling so welcomed by everyone, including the students. Even with the more advanced classes, I never felt out of place. They encouraged me to listen to my body and do what my body needed, no more and no less.Looking forward to being a part of this family/community. Well done ExtendYoga, well done!
Literally my favorite studio in the DMV. I’ve been coming here for 8 years and I love it so much it’s like coming home. The staff are amazing, the teachers are so wise, and the environment is so welcoming. If you’re looking for community this is it ?
