3/12/24 Nick Roca PLUMBING technician FH Furr came to evaluate sump pump 2ndary to basement flooding. Pump replaced new and recommendation for backup placed as well! He did a very good job.Thank you. Regular customer for full services.

Mr David Whatley provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to provide overall education of our entire HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable and we have secured additional services based on his recommendations. We had each item he identified mitigated. In the future we will request his presence, as it is nice to have the same technician to work with.

March 6, 2024 Rodney Carey performed my annual heating system inspection. Rodney was very thorough & efficient doing his work on the dual systems. He arrived on time & introduced himself. He was friendly & explained what he needed to do. When the work was finished, he informed me of his findings & provided me with emails documenting his work & the status of my systems. F.H. Furr has an exemplery employee in Rodney.On 7/19/2023 Daniel Romero performed the annual maintenance check of my dual AC system. He was very thorough & efficient as he went about his work.
