Dr. Albano, the main veterinarian, is kind, caring, and respectful of pet owners' wishes. He offers suggestions and options without pushing a specific treatment plan, and has provided alternative options to popular medicines when requested. The staff, including the main vet tech, are described as amazing, loving every animal that comes through their doors. Pets also seem to enjoy their visits, making it a difficult place to leave. While slightly more expensive, many pet owners feel the personalized care is worth the cost. Overall, Balance Veterinary Center is a real vet practice that deeply understands the love pet owners have for their animals.
Balance Veterinary Center was recommended to me by my best friend. She has never steered me wrong. My husband and I would never take our dogs anywhere else. The clinical acumen, comprehensive plan, and warm environment secures owner confidence. I love everyone at Balance.
This place has been so amazing with my Cat Riceball. He unfortunately was diagnosed with heart failure before he even turned 1 year old. While I did get him diagnosed in a different place I was recommended to come here for more in depth care. I know his condition can't be healed but the amount of care and love we are getting from balanced vet is the best thing I could have. They are so patient and answer all of my questions and requests. This in combination with his cardiologist has truly helped me care for him at home and so far he seems so healthy like he doesn't even have a heart condition. He's a strong boy. We have stubborn and anxious dogs that do not like going to the vet and get very anxious. Dr. Albano and the team at BVC takes their time and works with us to make sure our dogs are cared for in a way that minimizes the dogs' anxiety throughout our visits.
