I initially had some issues with communication but recently Teres has made significant efforts to ensure my concerns were addressed and has gone out of her way to provide outstanding customer service. I appreciate her honesty and her efforts.
Teres is sweet and responsive, and knows a lot about permanent makeup. Her work is meticulous, and she tailors it to both skin tone and facial shape. I am very pleased with my results.
