For context, I’m a 27-year-old woman who lost 120 pounds through diet and exercise (from 285 to 165). While I was proud of the weight loss, I struggled with loose skin and still didn’t feel confident in my body. In April 2025, I began researching plastic surgeons through RealSelf, Google, and local “Top Doctor” lists and scheduled consultations with five surgeons in the area.
