I’ve been coming here for basic facial for about two years, and I’ve always had a great experience. They have everything you need for regular skincare, and the prices are very reasonable.
Sophie is wonderful, she’s very attentive and considerate. She somehow knows when you feel like chatting and when you just want to relax quietly, and she always makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the treatment. I really appreciate how much she cares about the overall experience, not just the service itself. Definitely a place I’m happy to keep coming back to.

As a new mom looking for a little self-care break, I booked The Custom Signature Facial after seeing positive feedback from other parents in a local group. Sunny Chen was so warm and thoughtful, checking in regularly to make sure I was comfortable, and her gentle, professional technique made the whole session feel so relaxing. The space was spotlessly clean, and I left with noticeably hydrated, glowing skin that still feels smooth a week later. It’s the perfect little pick-me-up when I have free time.
