Jake was thorough and he accomplished all our goals. He was polite and easy to have in the house. I would be pleased to have him return to do more work when it is needed. Both times I have called Heil you have given me prompt, expert service.
While I did not have cutting open a ceiling to repair a plumbing pipe on my summer bingo card, I am very happy that Jeff from Heil plumbing was able to come and confidently do the repair. He was very kind and efficient. I will definitely use Heil plumbing again if I need a plumber in the future.
Seth Cranford was proficient, clean, polite, and pleasant. Such a good plumber at a reasonable price, and honestly, he could have told me anything. Instead, he had integrity and professionalism. We’ll use Heil again.
