I can't say enough good things about Monarch Prime! We used them to renovate a condo prior to selling. Right from the start, they took the time to listen to our ideas and to provide key insights and recommendations on both style and best return on investment. We loved their vision for the space and they did a brilliant job of bringing that vision to life.Specific work performed - replaced our old floors with luxury vinyl tile, updated two bathrooms, replaced old light fixtures, and repainted walls, trim, doors, and kitchen cabinets.
