I did not have a good experience with the head treatment at this spa. Although pleasant, the employee was clearly untrained. There was also language barrier, so we couldn't understand each other. Management contacted me after I left my initial review and asked for a second chance. This time I scheduled a regular relaxation massage, and it was great. The therapist was attentive to pressure and technique, gentle when needed, firmer when appropriate, and checked in with me. The focus on lower back and hips was excellent, really needed after a long week at a desk. I left wonderfully relaxed. Thank you.
