“From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. One of the employees greeted me right away and offered me tea, coffee, or water — I chose tea, and she brought it out beautifully on a tray with two chocolates, a napkin, a stir stick, and sweetener. It was such a thoughtful touch, and it set the tone for the entire experience.

The salon itself is absolutely beautiful inside — very clean, aesthetically pleasing, and the atmosphere feels warm and safe. All of the women who work there are incredibly sweet and welcoming.

I had a Russian pedicure with Viki R., and she was amazing from start to finish. Every step of the way, she made sure I was comfortable and okay. My nails look great and my feet feel incredible. The whole pedicure took about an hour and a half — honestly faster than I expected and I was impressed.

I also want to mention that I called the night before around 8:15 PM, not sure if anyone would even answer — and not only did someone pick up, but they got me on the schedule quickly and seamlessly. That kind of customer service is rare and it did not go unnoticed.

This is my first Russian pedicure and I am absolutely adding it to my monthly routine. I’ll be back for a manicure within the next couple of weeks and back for another pedicure next month. I highly recommend this salon and every single staff member here to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.“

I found POLISH SPA & NAILS on TikTok and originally booked with Jolene, but ended up sitting with Vincent instead. I wasn’t worried at all because after seeing Jolene’s work, I knew I was in good hands, and I was absolutely right.

I’m a notorious nail picker, and if I find the smallest flaw, I’ll usually end up removing my whole set. I’ve now had builder gel done by Vincent three times, and every time I’ve come back with my nails still completely intact, only needing a fill and a new design. That has never happened to me at any other salon.

“This is my second time in a month. First, I went for a gel manicure with Jennie. Today, I went to remove the gel with Debbie. Service both times was great. Jennie was very professional, and meticulous. I also liked the way she shaped my nails. Her technique made my nails look good for longer.
