“I decided to seek a new Accounting firm last year. I interviewed a dozen local and non local firms. The non local seemed ok but I like to be able to walk into a physical establishment especially when it comes to my finances. At first we had a couple meetings with the full staff and as Mary (the Owner) said, “you gotta trust the process and us.” I moved forward and also decided to do payroll with CAS. My contact point for my books is Katie and she is clear and on point. We communicate as often as needed but honestly it’s very smooth. For ex on 6/15 I emailed her a question about quarterly tax payments needing to be paid. Her answer was that they are pending already in my bank account to go out. I knew the amount from her prior and was very happy to see it pending. My point is it was nice, clear and streamlined. Payroll with Steve is just as easy and easy isn’t always best but so far it is. They convinced me easily to drop Quickbooks and it’s been great. I was converted to a software called “Checkkeeper” to print checks and I love it. Use you own printer, scan your file to match the check and then print. So easily done. Those were some of the many points I appreciate and I am very pleased. The owner travels to and from on her own by plane (she is a pilot). I love people that never loose than edge on life. Don’t worry because she has her eye on the ball and dials her company in daily with perfection. It’s really nice to have faith in the process and know my tax liability is taken seriously not as a monthly number for the firm! Thank you CAS Associates.”
