Caring Hands has been amazing. Caring and compassionate staff, techs, and veterinarians. We came to this practice because the previous vet struck fear into the hearts of my dogs. Such a lovely and welcoming place! Brought two of my cats there. They are pretty friendly and handled it well (the cats) and were treated kindness, fun, and professionalism. Dr. Erika and Amber were so sweet and great to work with. They explained all of the directions for one of the ear infections and were transparent about pricing for possible dental cleanings/operations. I will be bringing my other cat there soon and hope to keep a long relationship.
I’m very impressed with the level of care at this vet office. They were extremely attentive and made it easy to schedule a visit as soon as possible, which I appreciated given how worried I was about my dog. During the appointment, they answered all my questions clearly and without rushing, and the information they provided about what they thought was going on—and the possible options—was concise, well‑explained, and easy to follow. Every member of the staff was supportive, gentle, and humane with both me and my dog. Their professionalism and kindness made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommended.
