I absolutely love this vet office. They take great care of my cat, the staff is polite and clearly loves animals, and their prices are better than most of the other vets in the area.

Very responsible, well-trained attendants. Thorough examination. No pressure to get additional treatments or products. Clean, convenient location. One criticism: we had to wait almost 20 minutes between the time the attendant took vitals and the vet's exam in a very small room. Fortunately, our cat was in a docile mood. It was not a busy day. There was no apparent reason or explanation. But for the delay, we would give them 5 stars.

I have had nothing but positive experiences here. The staff are so friendly and kind and my cat who is usually apprehensive is very comfortable here, especially with the vet techs. The staff make sure to explain all your options for care, including the pricing.I hate going to the vet and getting bamboozled into paying for things I didn't really want or need. Before coming to Caring Hands, I'd had a negative experience at another vet clinic in Rockville where I was quoted one price on the phone and half a dozen extra "fees" were tacked on later for a routine checkup.
