“This place is amazing- I feel absolutely refreshed every time I come here. Both the docs I’ve seen here are able to address issues in my back and ligaments I didn’t even know I needed (but definitely appreciate after the adjustment). They worked well with my insurance, quoted me a reasonable all in out of pocket for a fairly intensive/frequent regimen, taught me at home exercises to help address issues, took the time to teach relevant skills for back self care, the location/parking availability is great, and all the staff are very friendly.

“If i could give 10 stars i would! Dr Spencer is an amazing dude and even better doctor. Beyond recommended anyone that needs a chiropractor, going through rehab, injuries, or anything in between.

I’ve had my share of injuries throughout my life, you name it; a ligament or muscle group and I’m sure I probably injured it doing something. The past few months I’ve been dealing with a horrible reoccurring lower back injury that makes my entire body tense, tight, and painful just to do just about anything.
Growing up with a chiropractor with my family, i saw a chiropractic as a steppingstone only keep you limber but not to heal your body. Bedore seeing Dr. Spencer, I’ve had my share of chiropractors who are more money grabbers than actually give a damn about trying to heal or fix your injur. Immediately after coming to Dr. Spencer, he identified all of the problems that were plaguing me along with other problems that I didn’t even realize I had. In a span of two months, I went from having pain every single day to almost nonexistent pain, and have routinely been seeing Dr. Spencer for better critiques on how to get back into being more physically active. I could not recommend him enough. 12/5 stars!“

“Dr Fishkin worked magic on my sciatica. It was truly shocking how I could go in with pain and leave pain free. He did dry needling on me. I wish I had gone to him before spending a fortune on acupuncture which did not help me when I was suffering with bursitis. And then going to a physiatrist (pain management doctor) even though he gave me a shot of cortisone. Dr. Fishkin may very well may have cured that problem too. My son and daughter in law raved about him for a long time. I am so glad I went to him. Now I am having orthotics made by him. I have had two pairs of orthotics made in the last 4 years by podiatrists which did not relieve my pain at all. So, hopefully these might. I will follow up on that after I wear them for a while. Dr Fishkin is very direct and tells it like it is, and yet he is also very nice. He cared to be sure I was comfortable while getting the dry needling.“

“I have been suffering from knee pains since Nov. 2023. My doctor suggested physical therapy and 15 sessions from 2 clinics later, I got some improvements but nowhere near recovery. My friend recommended Fyzical Therapy at Rockville so I decided to give it one more try. This place is huge with so many machines & equipment. My first appointment was with Dr. Davis who was very thorough and helpful. She cares very much about her patients' well being and is very passionate about her work. A BIG THANKS to therapist David Siemien who is always pleasant, efficient and compassionate. He patiently showed me every exercises, took the time to walk me through it. Some days, I came in with more pains than usual. David always tried very hard to make me feel better by using the massage gun, the taping on my knee and EMS. If you are looking for a good PT, I highly recommend Fyzical at Rockville. Everyone is super nice & friendly here. The front desk staff, Jennifer, is also amazing. Thank you all!“

“Dr Spiegel,DO, and Dr. Jennifer Gularson, PA, outperformed Cleveland Clinic, Johns Hopkins Hospital, several independent practices (including Fx medicine) and every Primary Care Provider I have seen since my teens. I could not have recovered without them from multiple work injuries, while saving money by avoiding unnecessary, ineffective treatments and testing. I can walk and breathe again, use my arms & legs relatively pain free and leave the house without planning out where the bathrooms are.
