I'm impressed by all the staff here, from the gentleman at check-in, the ladies at the reception counter, and the radiologist and the technicians, i.e. Pamela and Shelby. They are polite, efficient, respectful, kind, professional and helpful. The changing room is so spacious and very clean. The entire facility is very welcoming and again, very clean. My experience was extremely pleasant. Wonderful service. Thank you. ??
Top notch care, staff were all welcoming, calming and attentive. Genevieve made the IV virtually painless and was so sweet and caring. Recling chairs, toasty warm blankets, pillows and personal TV available during your treatment as well. You can bring one support person that must be over 18. The ONLY negative is that parking is a nightmare so plan to spend about 20-30 minutes finding a spot until construction of the newest parking garage is completed.

I had two retractable screens installed today. Fantastic job! Nick knows his business. He did a beautiful job installing. Precise, neat, tidy, cleaned up as he went, no damage to surrounding doorways, looks perfect! Well worth the cost to have someone come to your home and build and install right then and there. Within two hours he was done. Wow. Plus he is a nice, friendly guy. I am a happy customer.

He explained what would work best for his hair and face shape, and his attention to detail throughout the cut was exceptional, leaving him with the best cut ever! First time here and Drew was my barber. The is shop is pristine, very clean and customer friendly. They sell a broad line of Sauvecito products at affordable prices, support small business and forgo Walmart. You can't go wrong with either Drew or Dylan. I was able to see Dylan do two cuts and both looked on point and sharp. I'm very, very happy to get exactly what I wanted in a cut. I also appreciate we share common values and their authenticity.

I did some serious detective work before booking her, and let me tell you, all roads led to Kellie. Her space is like stepping into a tranquil oasis, with dim lighting and some seriously relaxing tunes playing in the background. And get this, she asked me about my concerns and whether I wanted her to explain what she was doing during the session. Talk about top-notch service, right? Her wax is high quality I almost never have any ingrowns anymore. She knows her stuff. She’s fast and very thorough. Super friendly and nice. Love her. Will never leave. Also I love how she does my brows and laminations.

Thomas Vette's work is amazing! He freshened up my ear tattoo, which is three flowers and a vine. And, he redid my cartoon looking frog into this beautiful, brightly colored, detailed, super cute frog and he added all of the gorgeous flowers around the frog. The striated yellow & red colored Rose is beyond gorgeous! Can you believe it was his first time tattooing a two-colored Rose!? You could have fooled me, it turned out perfect. I love that there isn't a black border. He did everything I asked for, and he did it beautifully! Also, he was very gentle, and quick. He's so talented!

I got referred to Liberty via Lowes and I am so glad I did! Zach texted me shortly after I submitted my thing on Lowe's website. He was able to get me an exact estimate for a hot water heater replacement with me sending pictures and texting details. Agreed and he was over installing it the same day.
I then noticed some water damage on the backside of the wall and he investigated it for me and then fixed the pipe that was the problem, cleared out the damage and reinstalled the drywall all in the same visit. All of this while working in my super hot garage.

I see a lot of comments of pricing compared to time. As a plumber myself we do not charge for time spent on a job. We charge for results. I could charge by the hour and take my sweet time and just charge a ridiculous price that way. If you have a problem with your plumbing and we fix it in a timely manner, give a customer some information/knowledge on what it is we repaired; and also are friendly and personable. That's a great service and worth any amount of money in my opinion.

The customer service during our drain clearing appointment was excellent. The plumber was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained our situation and where the clog was located and took care of clearing the pipe. The price was reasonable too and they did not charge a separate travel fee to come to your house. Before he left, the plumber ran water to make sure the line was cleared. We hired JC Electrical to replace the electrical panel and a subpanel in our home, rewire knob and tube, install an EV charger, and a myriad of other smaller projects. I received a referral to JMK Electric through Next Door which I find to be consistently reliable. JMK did not disappoint. I had a problem with a flashing LED light and I requested a service call since the light was fairly new.
I thought the wiring was the problem. Instead of dispatching a tech, JMK trouble shooted my issue over the phone and I was able to fix it without having an electrician come out to the house. JMK not only didn't charge me, they followed up with me to see if the problem was resolved. There are not many businesses' today that provide such exceptional service. I couldn't recommend these guys any higher and I have had two experiences with them, both outstanding.

Had Simply Restored out in December to deep clean our master shower and repair the grout and caulking. Josh was the tech who did the work and he was great. Explained the entire process step-by-step and then did really high quality work. Our grout and caulking looks like new and all soap scum was completely removed from the tiles. He also extended our grout to cover our separate tub, which was a nice plus. Josh was very friendly and efficient.
Also, Kyle was very responsive in getting us the estimate, very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them for any grout or caulking work and would definitely use them again when repairs are needed.

We had a long-term slow leak in our master bathroom that extended into our master bedroom and required a total remodel of the bathroom. We had never worked with Altec before, but our plumber recommended them to us. So glad he did. I've dealt with several GCs and Altec was the first one that we were so happy to get connected with. They were super responsive and helpful as we had to pick a design and the materials. Shawn Dalton was awesome at keeping the project on time. These guys just got after it and got it done. They even had some guys working on it on Christmas Eve in order to keep the project completion on time. Everything turned out great and we couldn't be happier with the end product.

We were referred to JM by our insurance adjuster after experiencing a leak in our wall and materials that needed to be removed in the home tested positive for both lead and asbestos. We are very happy with the outcome of the work done by Shear Perfection on our east Roseville yard. We had new plantings and sod installed in the front yard and a large area of drip plantings and mulch completed in the back yard. The crew, headed by Romeo, was very hard working and were able to complete a large job in a reasonable time. The crew was neat and left the premises cleaned up at the end of each day. Chad was very helpful in assisting with the design, working around some larger shrubs we wanted to keep and assisting us with the choice of plants as well as answering our multitude of questions. Vanessa, in the office, was wonderful in keeping us updated and also on passing on questions to Chad and the crew as needed. Chad has come out to view the results since we finished and replaced 2 plants that did not make it out of the large number we had installed. He also gave us a lot of guidance on the watering and maintenance of our new landscaping.

I had previously installed Tiger Turf artificial grass on a property that we owned, which I absolutely love. I called Tiger Turf for a recommendation for an experienced installer of Tiger Turf in Northern California. Tiger Turf referred me to Bella Turf and Greens.
I contacted Bella Turf and Greens for a bid. I was away from the property, however, Juan gave me a very timely and fair bid for the work requested. Even though I was not able to be at the property for the install, Juan and his crew completed a very professional job, much to my liking. He communicated with me throughout the process and even sent me pictures. In addition, he followed up with our gardener to make sure the turf would be cared for properly. The only concern was a small chip of a sidewalk area, which Juan and crew fixed as requested.

Placer Valley Landscape did an outstanding job on my yard. I was converting grass to a drought-tolerant landscape that included artificial turf, new plants and a new walkway. The team made great recommendations regarding the plants and turf -- including an attractive design for the plants and hardscape. They were punctual and respectful and cleaned up the area at the end of each work-day. I received several bids and, while they were not the lowest (I didn't trust the other company), they were reasonably priced and I am very happy with my decision to select this company. Acorn came out to look at an avocado tree and lemon tree of mine that have been suffering for months. We've had other arborists come out in the past but they've always been more preoccupied with securing a tree pruning contract than helping with our ailing tree. Not Wayne! He took the time to inspect the trees/soil, and not only provided a diagnosis for our problem, but suggested a plethora of useful tools and resources and helped me construct a plan for the (hopeful) recovery of our trees. Acorn will be my go-to for any future tree needs!

Such a great way to get affordable chiropractic care. The sign up is easy. The doctors are awesome. I was hesitant to try Joint Chiro at first because it was different. But I am so grateful I did. You sign in and walk to the back where there are waiting chairs and 4 tables. There have been a few times I have gone in and waited up to 15 minutes to be seen. There are some busier times during the day/ week, but usually there is 1 or 2 people in at the same time. I like that you don't need an appointment, they have convenient hours for working people and are open on the weekends.
So I have been coming here for the past 6 months as a result of a car accident. This has been the BEST EXPERIENCE with a chiropractor ever. In the beginning I was a little apprehensive but I can positively say that I am leaving in better shape than when I started. Dr Brian is AMAZING at understanding what your body needs and how to prescribe the exact supplements for the body to take care of itself naturally. After experiencing 2 1/2 years of pain in the hip, hamstring, and foot following hip replacement surgery, it was suggested that I try shockwave treatment to alleviate the pain. Instead of using just one form of treatment or treating just areas of pain, Dr. Brian Van Wegemen and his staff treat the whole body, emphasizing therapy, exercise, diet, and supplements. Everyone in the office is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and encouraging. After two months of treatments with Dr. Van Wegemen and his staff. I am finding significant improvement in both flexibility and pain reduction. This was my first experience using a chiropractor. I had been hesitant in the past because I was uncertain about getting adjustments and if it was right for me. I knew my body was off balance though and I needed help. I researched the Gonstead method and found Dr. Taglio. I’m so glad I did. She explained everything so I could understand the “why” behind what she was doing, and reviewed my xray with me in detail. My first adjustment was amazing! Her office is beautiful and has a calming feel. Her receptionist was friendly and welcoming. I’m looking forward to seeing her again.

I've had multiple Mohs surgeries over the last 7 years and this was my first surgery with Dr. Bricca. I can honestly say that Dr. Bricca and his team did a phenomenal job from start to finish. His team was friendly, professional and efficient from the first phone call, all the way through my surgical visit.
Even though I'd had previous Mohs surgeries, this was my first with Dr. Bricca and I wanted to have a consultation before hand to explain some of my past experiences with some rare and extensive allergies and reactions I'd previously had post op.
He was great at listening to my concerns about my previous experiences and took into consideration some alternative steps we could take to try and lessen any potential reactions. Not only was he professional, he also showed compassion.
This was by far the most positive outcome I've experienced from a Mohs surgery, and even though I did experience some allergic reactions due to my health conditions, Dr. Bricca and his team were proactive in recommending steps that helped to considerably reduce the symptoms which resolved much more quickly than in past experience, and with far less medication intervention.
In addition, the repair/reconstruction that Dr. Bricca performed on my surgical site is incredible! The location was on my nose and even though it was a fair size defect, he was able to repair in a way that is barely noticeable; if at all. My family and friends are amazed at what a beautiful result I have. With my other Mohs surgeries, I needed to go to other providers for the repairs that were offsite, and on some occasions the following day, which would prolong the whole process. In this case, I was told that Dr. Bricca could do the surgery and the repair and that his skills were excellent; he did not disappoint!
I am so grateful to Dr. Bricca and his team for making what could be a not so great experience, a more positive outcome for me. I absolutely, 100% recommend Dr. Bricca and his team for anyone who needs to have a Mohs surgery and repair.

Dr Artur Henke returned my web message with a phone call on a Sunday that was Father’s Day. He heard my concerns & was able to squeeze me in the next day. I’m still waiting on results. While I was in my appt I asked Dr if he would see a friend of mine that’s having really bad skin issues,.
Dr said yes, have him come in today, so he did & got a shot and creams. I’m happy to report that my friend is now felling relief - thanks to Dr Henke!!

Dr. Kaur, Dr. Lehil, Joanna, Molly, and Alice provided round the clock care at Dry Creek Veterinary Center to give Rocky a second chance and almost one month later he is doing well! In fact, Rocky likes to hang out with the team and feels very comfortable with them.

Lucky Dog is always extremely accommodating and they do a wonderful job taking care of my very fluffy Collie/Shepherd mix, Chase!
Just book your pups appointment now, don't waste your time or money goin anywhere else. No other groomers have been able to get my samoyeds fur completely detangled and as floofy as it should be! Or get every last piece of husky coat blow out of our husky either. Our greyhound is easy but they made her coat even silkier than before. On top of all that my pups wanted snuggles from them before we left! They were happy to be with the groomers, that's when you know it's a good place, your pups are happy with them even after they've been groomed. My only regret is we didn't find them sooner!
I had a wonderful experience in the 60 min hot yoga class this afternoon with Laurel. It has been a few years since I've taken a hot yoga class and I actually forgot some of the postures! Luckily, I had Laurel's instruction to guide me. Her clear diction and steady dialog was encouraging and she helped me make adjustments to ensure I got the most benefit for my particular fitness level. All around a great class, I will definitely be considering a membership package to take advantage of the other services available here. Namaste!

Katie Ochoa is a fantastic massage therapist. I have had many massages over the years and her technique is very effective. She attends seminars and classes to enhance her skills. I have been working with this massage therapist through a lower back injury. She does amazing work with myofascial release and deep tissue. Getting massaged by her has kept me functional when I was at a point when I could not bend to pick up my own baby! So grateful for the help and the new medspa is beautiful and very relaxing!

The INFRARED SAUNA room was amazing. There were body & hand towels. Plus Cold washclothes for you to use. That was awesome. Some tools to use on your body for pressure points. (Sorry not sure of the names)

Don is an expert at pain relief. I suffer from trigeminal neuralgia and occipital neuralgia. When arriving to my appointment, Don spent time assessing pain levels and locations of pain. Once on the table, he used his knowledge in Myofascial release to work on those painful areas. He took his time and explained where he was working and why. I feel safe in his hands and definitely cared for. He is phenomenal and I think all who struggle with pain relief should work with Don.
Joanna is highly skilled and turned my entire week around with a quick 45 minute massage on my way home from the Bay Area.
I wish I had time for longer, but now I have all the reasons in the world to come back to visit her frequently.

I’ve been to Harvest Moon Massage 3 times now and can easily say this the best massage I have ever gotten.
Both Claire and Doris are magicians at their craft and know which muscles they are targeting based on my complaints. Each sessions starts with a brief discussion on how the last session was and what to focus on for that current session.
I would describe this place as more of a medical massage and I have already felt a huge relief in low back pain that I have never been able to achieve at any massage place before.
They are the best at what they do which is why they require appointments and book up to a few days in advance. Highly highly highly recommend both Doris and Claire!

Best massage I’ve ever gotten! ^_^ I’ve come to her repeatedly usually monthly. She has a way of listening to your body and knowing where your concern spots are. If you think you have knots she will find them, work on them, and place a warm towel over the worked on spot. I will always do her full body massage. Her intuition and care for the body is impressive. The ambience is beautiful and calming. There should always be parking. If the front is full, don’t panic there’s more parking down the way since she’s located inside a kind of Rec center. Once you walk up the stairs and go inside, her studio is through the archway on the left. There are public restrooms.
Team was great to work with. They took the time to diagnose my issue, come up with a treatment plan, and give me exercises to avoid future injury. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were both referred to Acupuncture Medical Center in Roseville. We had both been dealing with a lot of pain. My husband was having pain in his legs and it was becoming difficult for him to walk and I was experiencing severe pain in my feet making it difficult to walk for me as well. Neither of us knew what to expect. From the first phone call with Ryan who manages the front desk to Molly who took the time to explain everything to us, we both had a warm, positive experience. Owen the acupuncturist definitely has a gift. He not only takes his time evaluating you to determine the right course of action but his gentle treatment is one for the books. He makes you feel comfortable and most importantly he cares about each person he treats and follows your progress thoroughly. It’s been 6 months since I started feeling like myself again and I am so very grateful! I began working with Dr. Niemeyer due to dealing with episodes of PVCs that began after having a baby and persisted for over a year and a half. When Western med docs refused to look into the root cause, I knew I needed to seek out alternatives before getting stuck on medication for the rest of my life. After a few months of combining her functional medicine and acupuncture approaches, the episodes began to be fewer and farther between until they disappeared completely! I am now 6 months free of episodes, feeling like myself again. I am so grateful to Dr. Niemeyer for her support in helping me get my life back!! Have been coming here for years. They are expert practitioners and everyone on the team is lovely. Acupuncture treatments have contributed to our good health. He is also very knowledgeable with Chinese Herbal Medicine. He will make different types of herbal medicine for you, and you will take differently according to your health. Eventually you will become your own doctor and know your problems according to your symptoms. I love this part.I had many conversations with Dr. Chang and compared his skills with other acupuncturists. Usually, other acupuncturists will release your pain simply punch lots of needles around the pain area. Actually, this type of treatment just releases your pain, but does not get rid of your problem, the pain will come back after a few days, or sometimes it will cause you other problems. Dr. Chang focuses on getting rid of your problems, and not just to release your pain.He also has practiced Chi Gong for many decades. He teaches his patients some simple Chi Gong to release their pain and to build stronger health. He tries his best to save his patients money. He has a very good heart (他真有一颗菩萨心). He is also a true Buddhist. He uses Buddhist knowledge to help his patients to balance their emotions, release their stress and improve their sleep quality.After remodeling my house, I had a lot of pain from. I was dealing with many issues. I fell down from the ladder, had menopause, lots of stress from my tenants for the last few months. I couldn’t sleep for weeks. All the pain almost killed me. My son was very nervous about learning to drive. Genny was incredibly patient and encouraging. On the day of one of our lessons my son was having a hard time and really didn’t want to do it but that didn’t stop Genny from trying to help. We all got in the car. She explained things as she was driving and gave me helpful hints on things I should focus on whenever I was driving with him. Her patience, kindness and encouragement was very much appreciated. I’d recommend Empire Driving School to anyone! 10/10.
