Recling chairs, toasty warm blankets, pillows and personal TV available during your treatment as well. You can bring one support person that must be over 18. The ONLY negative is that parking is a nightmare so plan to spend about 20-30 minutes finding a spot until construction of the newest parking garage is completed.

I was a few minutes late, and he was very accommodating and was able to work me in. He cut my hair and beard exactly how I wanted it to look with a high tight fade and my beard was the perfect length. She showed me around the place very calming and lighting is not too bright and not too low it’s perfect! You get your own private room and a door that locks. They provide you with everything you need a flip flops, towel, face cloth, ear plugs, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and after they have blow dryer, combs, lotion and more! This was my first time ever doing a float and it was so relaxing and refreshing! For first time floaters you get to do the oxygen bar for Free! This was a great experience! Definitely coming back :)

I called on Friday and Dusty was able to come out Monday to replace a leaking under sink hot water tank and dispenser. I am a repeat customer and am so glad I found them previously because they are FANTASTIC. Their prices, people and work are great. Dusty did awesome work. He was friendly, clean and knowledgeable. We’ve got a MOEN shutoff valve that’s not behaving. Barry and Michael are solid professionals that know plumbing, have demonstrated integrity, and care about people! With their help, the problem was identified and a new MOEN shutoff valve is scheduled to be installed tomorrow.

Recently had a toilet installed by Liberty Plumbing (Mike L.). He went above and beyond. Arrived on time, on the dot and was done in no time at all.
I see a lot of comments of pricing compared to time. As a plumber myself we do not charge for time spent on a job. We charge for results. I could charge by the hour and take my sweet time and just charge a ridiculous price that way. If you have a problem with your plumbing and we fix it in a timely manner, give a customer some information/knowledge on what it is we repaired; and also are friendly and personable. That's a great service and worth any amount of money in my opinion.

The customer service during our drain clearing appointment was excellent. The plumber was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained our situation and where the clog was located and took care of clearing the pipe. The price was reasonable too and they did not charge a separate travel fee to come to your house. Before he left, the plumber ran water to make sure the line was cleared. It seems like an easy task, but we had spent the previous two days trying to fix it ourselves and just made a big mess of stinky water on the ground. Thank you Rooter Hero.

I received a referral to JMK Electric through Next Door which I find to be consistently reliable. JMK did not disappoint. I had a problem with a flashing LED light and I requested a service call since the light was fairly new.
I thought the wiring was the problem. Instead of dispatching a tech, JMK trouble shooted my issue over the phone and I was able to fix it without having an electrician come out to the house. JMK not only didn't charge me, they followed up with me to see if the problem was resolved. There are not many businesses' today that provide such exceptional service. I couldn't recommend these guys any higher and I have had two experiences with them, both outstanding.
We made an appointment with Maverick Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air to evaluate and inspect our heating system. We had a problem with a lack of hot air blowing from the vents. I was very happy, that when I called they answered the phone and set up an appointment immediately. This response is excellent, because our home is in Truckee and it is not always that easy getting service. We received a text that Jonathan was on the way the day of the appointment. When Jonathan arrived he was vey professional. He did a thorough inspection and evaluation. He explained everything he checked followed by a detailed email with specifics and pictures. Jonathan found that the inducer motor was not running to its optimum efficiency and may need to be addressed. We were given an estimate for replacement. Our experience with Mavericks was excellent, we will definitely be using them for our future needs.

I wish I would have found this wonderful company first. After getting burned by a big box brand with terrible subcontractors I was left with an unfinished terrible flooring job. The box brand left my floors unfinished while they took several weeks to decide next steps due to their contractors errors. No longer willing to walk on subfloor I called Bonafide Flooring Design and explained the situation. He came out the next day and got my flooring put down and done properly. The whole experience was night and day from my 6 month nightmare with the other company. Ruben came on time, was polite, professional and cleaned up after the job was complete. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. Run from the big box brand with poor subcontractors and stick with the professional small business who truly knows how business should be done. They laid protective covers on my hardwood floors, and they were very accurate on the estimated time it would take. We were referred to JM by our insurance adjuster after experiencing a leak in our wall and materials that needed to be removed in the home tested positive for both lead and asbestos. Just do rat management with bait traps. They do a great job of checking and moving traps if they’re not being accessed by rats they started out doing cobwebs and then said they don’t do that so that’s the only issue I guess otherwise great job.

Working with Shear Perfection Landscape & Maintenance Co. was a wonderful experience. Chad, the owner, was very helpful and had some great ideas about the project for my backyard, which needed a total overhaul. He answered all of my MANY questions, sometimes more than once! Every aspect of the project (timelines, cost, process) was clearly communicated, in writing, and I really appreciated that there were no surprises.
Chad introduced me to all of the guys on the crew (Cesar, Romeo, Roberto and David..I apologize if I missed anyone!) and explained who would be doing what. They were all friendly and respectful. Hunter came by at a later date (because of weather issues) to stain/seal the deck and install some of the irrigation equipment. He was also very friendly and professional. This company does things right and has wonderful employees! And I also want to give a shout out to Vanessa (office manager), who coordinated various aspects, especially communication, regarding the project. She responded quickly to my texts and phone messages, and is definitely a huge asset of Shear Perfection!

I had previously installed Tiger Turf artificial grass on a property that we owned, which I absolutely love. I called Tiger Turf for a recommendation for an experienced installer of Tiger Turf in Northern California. Tiger Turf referred me to Bella Turf and Greens.
I contacted Bella Turf and Greens for a bid. I was away from the property, however, Juan gave me a very timely and fair bid for the work requested. Even though I was not able to be at the property for the install, Juan and his crew completed a very professional job, much to my liking. He communicated with me throughout the process and even sent me pictures. In addition, he followed up with our gardener to make sure the turf would be cared for properly. The only concern was a small chip of a sidewalk area, which Juan and crew fixed as requested.

Placer Valley Landscape did an outstanding job on my yard. I was converting grass to a drought-tolerant landscape that included artificial turf, new plants and a new walkway. The team made great recommendations regarding the plants and turf -- including an attractive design for the plants and hardscape. They were punctual and respectful and cleaned up the area at the end of each work-day. I received several bids and, while they were not the lowest (I didn't trust the other company), they were reasonably priced and I am very happy with my decision to select this company. Acorn has been so easy to work with and I am grateful for the effort they have put in to save my redwoods from drought and needle blight. An aborist came to my property several years ago to assess the trees and needles starting to turn brown in color. He recommended spraying twice a year and now that we are several years into treatment the trees look so good. The new growth each year is lush and green. I didn’t plant the redwoods- they were on my property when I moved in 30 years ago, but I love them and don’t want to see them go!!!

Such a great way to get affordable chiropractic care. The sign up is easy. The doctors are awesome. I was hesitant to try Joint Chiro at first because it was different. But I am so grateful I did. You sign in and walk to the back where there are waiting chairs and 4 tables. There have been a few times I have gone in and waited up to 15 minutes to be seen. There are some busier times during the day/ week, but usually there is 1 or 2 people in at the same time. I like that you don't need an appointment, they have convenient hours for working people and are open on the weekends.
So I have been coming here for the past 6 months as a result of a car accident. This has been the BEST EXPERIENCE with a chiropractor ever. In the beginning I was a little apprehensive but I can positively say that I am leaving in better shape than when I started. Dr Brian is AMAZING at understanding what your body needs and how to prescribe the exact supplements for the body to take care of itself naturally. After experiencing 2 1/2 years of pain in the hip, hamstring, and foot following hip replacement surgery, it was suggested that I try shockwave treatment to alleviate the pain. Instead of using just one form of treatment or treating just areas of pain, Dr. Brian Van Wegemen and his staff treat the whole body, emphasizing therapy, exercise, diet, and supplements. Everyone in the office is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and encouraging. After two months of treatments with Dr. Van Wegemen and his staff. I am finding significant improvement in both flexibility and pain reduction. Continue treatment is necessary, but I’m encouraged and pleased with my progress to date and would highly recommend this office to others seeking pain relief..

One of the best experiences I've had for a out patient surgical procedure. Everybody from the front desk to Dr. Bricca were extremely polite and professional. Dr. Bricca went the extra mile to explain everything from the beginning to stitching up the procedure. Dr. Bricca even called hours after the procedure to see how I was doing. Be prepared to spend a half a day for Mohs surgery, pack snacks, lunch drinks, ect. Also dress in layers as the temperature is kept cool like a operating room. If I ever need a procedure again..... I'll be back.

Dr. Kaur, Dr. Lehil, Joanna, Molly, and Alice provided round the clock care at Dry Creek Veterinary Center to give Rocky a second chance and almost one month later he is doing well! In fact, Rocky likes to hang out with the team and feels very comfortable with them.

Very accommodating, kind, patient, and helpful. My dogs get a very good grooming and looked good and they don’t look stressed.
Just book your pups appointment now, don't waste your time or money goin anywhere else. No other groomers have been able to get my samoyeds fur completely detangled and as floofy as it should be! Or get every last piece of husky coat blow out of our husky either. Our greyhound is easy but they made her coat even silkier than before. On top of all that my pups wanted snuggles from them before we left! They were happy to be with the groomers, that's when you know it's a good place, your pups are happy with them even after they've been groomed. My only regret is we didn't find them sooner!

The club was clean and didnt smell like cleaning chemicals. I took an Intro class, about 30 minutes. Jen lead an informative and insightful class, going thru each part of the equipment while teaching some of the basics. Jen was able to answer all questions we had as well as the various classes.The Manager Amy was able to explain options to continue with classes. I'll be back for sure!

I have been working with this massage therapist through a lower back injury. She does amazing work with myofascial release and deep tissue. Getting massaged by her has kept me functional when I was at a point when I could not bend to pick up my own baby! So grateful for the help and the new medspa is beautiful and very relaxing!

Aubrey, what can I say about her? She is an amazing human. I don’t know how she does it, but I can walk in not feeling good and she knows the exact area to target and get me back up and feeling great again. This is not your in and out massage, she really takes time to get to know you and helps get you and your body back to health.

Don is an expert at pain relief. I suffer from trigeminal neuralgia and occipital neuralgia. When arriving to my appointment, Don spent time assessing pain levels and locations of pain. Once on the table, he used his knowledge in Myofascial release to work on those painful areas. He took his time and explained where he was working and why. I feel safe in his hands and definitely cared for. He is phenomenal and I think all who struggle with pain relief should work with Don.
I have finally found this place that truly knows what deep tissue massage means! I was serviced by Lucy and was so impressed by her style- delibarate strokes, sustained pressure and really getting into the fascia and deep muscle. Unlike the so many others that just keep on rubbing your skin until they feel raw and leaves you feeling just so irritated after!
They even give you option for Ashiatsu- where they hold onto overhead bars and massage your large muscle groups of the back with deep and even pressure. It was such a pleasant and relaxing massage.
I have tried 2 massage places in Folsom, but this one is truly the best and will be my go to place from now on. $70 for one hour of deep tissue massage. Truly worth it!!

KIME and Russel Dunning changed my life and saved me from surgery. I came to Russ broken. I had degenerative disks in my lower spine, and spondylolisthesis that CRIPPLED me before I was 40. I couldn’t pick my new born out of her crib standing up. I had several events of excruciating pain that left me trapped on the ground. I was struggling to see myself living like this. Russ worked with me to identify the exact muscle groups I could strengthen to build my back and core up in a way to bring stability to my spine and overcome all of this AVOIDING SURGERY!! I can now lift my 7yo out of bed laterally no problem and I’m able to play and roughhouse with my kids. It was a long road to get here, but I have Russ and KIME to thank for getting me here. I don’t know what my life would be like without them. Having been to other PT groups, I can tell you KIME is different. The therapists here are not just checking boxes and going through the motions (no pun intended) they are passionate, intelligent, personable and driven to help people who want to help themselves lead better lives. I cannot recommend them enough. I owe my life to Russel and the team at KIME.

Dr. Niemeyer was recommended to me by my fertility clinic (NCFMC) when I started IVF. He is also very knowledgeable with Chinese Herbal Medicine. He will make different types of herbal medicine for you, and you will take differently according to your health. Eventually you will become your own doctor and know your problems according to your symptoms. I love this part.I had many conversations with Dr. Chang and compared his skills with other acupuncturists. Usually, other acupuncturists will release your pain simply punch lots of needles around the pain area. Actually, this type of treatment just releases your pain, but does not get rid of your problem, the pain will come back after a few days, or sometimes it will cause you other problems. Dr. Chang focuses on getting rid of your problems, and not just to release your pain.He also has practiced Chi Gong for many decades. He teaches his patients some simple Chi Gong to release their pain and to build stronger health. He tries his best to save his patients money. He has a very good heart (他真有一颗菩萨心). He is also a true Buddhist. He uses Buddhist knowledge to help his patients to balance their emotions, release their stress and improve their sleep quality.After remodeling my house, I had a lot of pain from. I was dealing with many issues. I fell down from the ladder, had menopause, lots of stress from my tenants for the last few months. I couldn’t sleep for weeks. All the pain almost killed me. I thought I couldn’t survive. Dr. Chang used his words to comfort me, encourage me, help me to meditate. My sleep came back after two months.Thanks, the Lord. Hallelujah.

My son was very nervous about learning to drive. Genny was incredibly patient and encouraging. On the day of one of our lessons my son was having a hard time and really didn’t want to do it but that didn’t stop Genny from trying to help. We all got in the car. She explained things as she was driving and gave me helpful hints on things I should focus on whenever I was driving with him. Her patience, kindness and encouragement was very much appreciated.
