Come home on late Sunday night after a long trip, to realized no water supply at home! Next day I found out water supply at my home was shut off due to broken backflow prevention assembly. Bret responded in less than a minutes and arrived on site shortly to troubleshoot the cause. As soon as he identified the cause and recommended the solution. Everything was resolved quickly as soon as he found the parts to replace. Best yet, Bret took care of all the paperwork needed yo submit to CA American Water. Unbelievable, my water heater started acting up and leak the same time he was leaving. Bret was very kind to try help look at it. Since this is not his expertise, he refer a trusted vendor that can help troubleshoot my water heater issue. And he was right, the vendor he referred is as professional and proficient as him.
