Kayla is awesome! I’m so happy I found her. I had previously saw the same esthetician for 8 years before they moved away, so I was stressed about finding another esthetician who would be the right fit. Kayla is very knowledgeable and if you have questions between treatments, she’s just a text away!
Kayla is truly such a gem, and I feel so lucky to have found her. From the very first appointment, she made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. She has the sweetest personality and such a calming presence that immediately puts you at ease.
What I appreciate most about her is how knowledgeable and passionate she is about what she does. She takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, answers every question with patience, and makes sure you feel confident and informed throughout the entire process. The first esthetician I have encountered that hasn’t shrugged me off and told me to go see a doctor for help with my cystic acne. I’m almost 40, so I have mixed needs of balancing hormonal acne and reducing fine lines and wrinkles. After one treatment, and using recommended products based on Kayla’s regimen, my skin is already starting her glow-up! Literally! She checks in to make sure you don’t need any additional care or have questions while going through the process. Can’t recommend her enough!!
