Owner - Operator Russ Kondzolka is a true professional! He was referred to us by a flooring contractor we had previously used. What a great reference!! We were under a time crunch to have some flooring removed and then new flooring installed after a section of concrete slab had been removed and re-poured. Russ was responsive and efficient. The crew he assigned to our job were excellent and performed a quality job. Their finished work looks better than new! I highly recommend Le Mart Flooring.

As the claims manager and project manager a Zothex Flooring AND spending 30+ years in the flooring industry, I can tell when a contractor knows their trade, and Ruslan and his guys, Yarik, Alex, Demitri, Andre, and Victor are absolutely consummate professionals in every sense of the word. Their attention to detail and willingness to pursue and achieve customer satisfaction is second to none. I can't imagine being successful at my job without being able to rely on Ruslan (Rus) and his guys, they over deliver with quality and service at every turn.
