“Excellent company. I called them at 1:30 pm as our storage roomhad water everywhere on the floor where the ac unit sits. The tech was at our house about 6:00. As this was considered an emergency they fit us in. Very grateful for the service with Ray o cook.Jose the tech was great and got everything working.I saw Michael B. today regarding an issue with our heating system. It was a fuse which was an easy fix. I spoke to Michael in depth about our systems as they are now 15 plus yrs. oldand replacement is around the corner. He was very gracious and took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend Ray o Cook. They are very reliable, knowledgeable,and very seasoned and professional in there trade.Its important to also note that I called them @ 6pm on Feb 29th to report my problem and they reported they could have come that evening. I decided to wait until the next day Mar.1st. They were at my house less than 24 hours later.from my phone call. Good service is difficult these days but not with Ray o.
