“Updated 7/2/26: This company is 5 star plus. TJ is awesome. Thank you. I am so impressed by this company's service. I had gotten estimates from 3 other HVAC companies well over $10k to replace the whole system. David provided me with the option of replacing just the A/C system for under $6k. I signed the contract on Friday and they installed it on Monday. TJ went above and beyond when he examined the refrigerant line (buried under insulation) and found two kinks in the copper line. He had to cut out one damaged section and solder in a new piece, which was done at no additional charge. So very happy with my new A/C and saved over $4,000. Thank you for doing such a great job cleaning up too.“

Did his diagnostics and didn't try to sell me something i didnt need .I told him I did a DIY Capacitor and determined it maybe a faulty contactor and had ordered a new one but had yet to install it. He found the cause, which was a short that blew the furnace fuse and damaged the contactor. I asked him to replace the contactor and the AC is back up and running. The Service fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend.“

Larry (owner) and his team arrived timely for the inspection and subsequent HVAC removal. Co-owner/spouse Toni and office staff Melanie were also highly responsive and available to answer my questions thoroughly throughout the process. They provided 3 quotes timely by email and regular mail for each of the options so I could move forward quickly to make a decision and complete the project before upcoming rains and with minimal time off work.

The owner was willing to contact my roofer to coordinate the necessary HVAC removal and re-roof for same week. Roseville Sheet Metal team (Eric, Noah, Brian and Trevor) were careful to minimize the amount of roof material removed to access the HVAC, and they covered up the open work area well to prevent rain and animals from getting in while I waited for the roofer to be available.
