She is NOT slow and gentle. LOL but she RELEASES and decreases a lot of pain by really getting into the knots and tightness. My body moves and breathes much better after seeing her.

A true skeptic at first! If you are looking for natural healing, book an appointment with Mana Recovery! I have two high school athletes that have a rigorous training regiment. Many times when my young athletes have aches and pains medical advice given is to ice, rest, and take anti-inflammatory drugs. Love it! The vibe to the hospitality to the therapy’s was all great. I enjoyed my first experience and its really help my injuries and tension. Will be going back for more treatment. Honestly love it
