We had a room addition done by Banner Construction. They worked with the city to resolve permit issues and started immediately after the permit was approved. Communication was timely and thorough. When unforeseen issues did arise, our decisions were easy to make. Changed orders were not overpriced.
Working with the team was stress free. All of the subs were very professional and did excellent work. It is clear they take pride in their crafts. The project was finished on time and within budget. We could not have asked for more . If we could we would give six stars.
We had Banner construction remodel our master bathroom after some water damage about a year ago, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I first met Balazs and his team at a home show in Sacramento and decided to get a bid. Their pricing was right in the middle—not the cheapest or the most expensive—but their professionalism really stood out.
They replaced our shower, tub, vanity, mirrors, and lighting, and the whole bathroom looks amazing now. Communication with Balazs was great the entire time, and his crew showed up on time every day and worked efficiently.

The Banner team did an amazing job with our remodel. They updated two bathrooms beautifully, remodeled our master bedroom to include a huge walk-in closet, installed new LVP flooring and finishing, and more. The communication from start to finish was excellent and they finished on schedule! On top of that, everyone on their team was respectful, professional and skilled. We will definitely hire them again for any future construction jobs.
