We are prepping for a vacation to Croatia so we wanted to just get some color so we don’t burn while we’re there. Cal Sun is super nice because of the variety of packages available. Kayden gave us a great explanation of what each service will do for you which helped us get started, then later we will probably add more wellness services.
Not thrilled by the lack of Customer Service this evening… twice! No one for a minute when I arrived. When one of the girls finally appeared she had no manners and just asked what I wanted I wanted to do today with zero eye contact. Felt like I was bugging her by showing up. Then when I came out of my first treatment room before my next one, same thing. In fact, when the girl finally came out after changing in the bathroom into shorts she just said “hold on” and went into the employee room, closed the door and I waited for another minute. I’ve been a member here for many years and they now have a medical upgrade red light bed, which I have used twice now and what a disappointment. They said they have fans in them, so it must be that there’s an internal fan I guess for the motor no fan in there so it’s hot. The radio did work this time which was nice where it didn’t work before but honestly for like $80 to use that bed they have bumped their heads it is not worth it. They are also smaller inside and Hot even the staff agreed so for me personally not worth it would never recommend but I love red light, but not like.
