I’ve been a member here for many years and they now have a medical upgrade red light bed, which I have used twice now and what a disappointment. They said they have fans in them, so it must be that there’s an internal fan I guess for the motor no fan in there so it’s hot. The radio did work this time which was nice where it didn’t work before but honestly for like $80 to use that bed they have bumped their heads it is not worth it. They are also smaller inside and Hot even the staff agreed so for me personally not worth it would never recommend but I love red light, but not like. And actually, I think they raised their memberships way too high in this economy....read full review
The staff was very sweet and informative. My only concern was i decided to try a spray tan, but the automotive assistant speaking out the instructions in the booth was inaudible. . so I had to wing it. At 83 it's hard to wing anything, but I'll go.bsck for a other try.
Experienced the Cold Plunge at California Sun in Granite Bay today.
It was extremely difficult at first but the Spa Consultant, Morgan, was very helpful. She was very confident in the knowledge she shared. Not only with the Cold Plunge but with all the different packages they offer. She told me to keep my hands and feet out of the water and it would make it a bit easier. It helped a little and I was thankful for that.
After I completed my session, I immediately felt rejuvenated! It was an amazing experience!! I know I’ll be back to see if I can remain in the water longer.
