With what's happening right now with the virus, I was really particular about the techs being fully protected as I have kids around. I was so impressed when they came in their masks, face shields and gloves. They did an excellent job with fixing my stove and I highly recommend them.

Indeed it is an emergency service. I called in immediately and my oven shut down while prepping for a party and they were able to have someone out here in a couple of hours. It got fixed and ready for use, I'm glad my plans didn't get ruined because of this. Great service.
