Excellent care! I went for a more therapeutic type massage for joint pain and muscle stiffness. They did an excellent job of listening to what my body needed. My husband has been going to them for years now and I finally tried them out. So happy with how I felt after my massage and how great I felt the next day.

Great sports massages by amazing therapists. I mostly go in and see Jack, but when he’s not available, I’m able to work with other massage therapists who do great work.I started coming in due to a hip injury that my chiropractor couldn’t fix. He suggested sports massages. This is where I went to fix it. My hip is still healing but I am doing much better since I started getting regular massages here.

I'm 56 years old and decided long ago to never have a massage. With increasing pain levels coupled with the fact since my surgery I could no longer do chiropractic adjustments, I decided to try a massage and see if it could make a difference.While it was extremely painful to start with due to the years of damage that I have, I've always felt better and have had less pain than I went in with within 2 days after the massage. Since my start I've tried to maintain an every two week schedule and my area has become less sensitive to the massage and I now feel better than when I went in within 24hrs.I wish that I had started this years ago because it has truly made a difference...read full review
