Cassie is amazing ! So professional, personable \\u0026 efficient! This was my first time going to a different spa and I was a little uneasy about it (being that I have gone to the same waxer for years @ my location in SF) see made my appointment experience there very comfortable. The whole staff (front desk) as well we amazing and professional. I told my friend about the experience and she called to make an appointment. Thank you for making me feel so at ease

Rachel is the brow GODDESS! I had a horrid experience with an associate at this location, but to make it up to me they gave me serum to fix it, fill it in etc, and scheduled me an appointment with Rachel. I immediately understood why she books out so fast! Such a kind woman and genuinely an expert in her field. I also do Brazilian with her because she's quick about it and it's relatively painless.P.S. my brows eventually grew back from the other person's mistake, and Rachel got me back to my desired shape!Services: Body waxing
