I’ve been attending East Wind Yoga for just two months, and I can honestly say it’s been an incredible experience from the very first class! The moment I walked in, I felt a warm welcome and an amazing positive energy that immediately made me feel at ease. The atmosphere is so inviting and uplifting, which made it easy to settle in and truly enjoy every session.

It's so hard to find a place that has BUTI Yoga. I just love how warm and welcoming the teachers have been at East Wind. This was the 1st place I ever tried yoga over 15yrs+ ago... I recently came back to try it out again, this time on their 30 days for $30, since I've been away for years... and It's been well worth it, I highly recommend this place to anyone, all levels, to give it a shot. Yoga literally Saved my Life. Thank You East Wind.

East Wind is the best! The camaraderie, the community, the way everyone shows up for each other. Go to a few different teachers to decide who is your favorite, they are all so different in how they teach, as well as personalities and how hot they like to make the room. DON'T call before your first time and ask how hot the classes are, or which class is best for beginners. He won't tell you :) Just show up and see who you like best. You always have the option to lay on your mat and relax if it gets to be too much and you need a rest. There IS NO better yoga studio for community and individuality.
