I love doing yoga here. I am new to yoga but I feel very comfortable practicing here. The instructors are very helpful. I enjoy Gabrielle's Monday morning class. Elliot is also a great instructor! I look forward to practicing here for a long time.

My favorite yoga studio in Northern California. I make sure to stop by for a class anytime I'm in town. Enthusiastic, experienced instructors + nice 'n toasty studio with a lovely ambiance = a great time you will not regret..!

Absolutely loved it here! It was my first time doing any sort of yoga before, and it was so enjoyable. I had Elliot as our instructor and he was extremely caring and really enjoyed his time spent with us. Although the 5pm class was a little busy, everyone was kind and respectful towards each other. Great prices, beautiful facility, and in a great location with a small bit of convenient parking for being in downtown. Highly recommend this place to anyone I know
