I went to two different salons one Salon g in Palladio and another in Folsom, they both ruined my hair they took my black hair brought it to a horrible orange and completely ruined my hair. I messaged Rene at AVL pictures of my hair vs what I wanted and he was able to do a color correction and achieve the balayage I wanted and all the red brassy hair he darkened it up while the bleach was in the foils and my hair is gorgeous! Rene got me to my desired look without destroying the integrity of my hair! If you have black hair and someone has turned it brassy orange reach out to Rene at AVL he fixed my hair in one appointment whereas these other so called hair stylist charged me a grip and Insisted it would take several appointments to get me to where I wanted to achieve. I’m always being complimented on my hair and Rene is such a kind hearted person you will not regret seeing him. He’s a pro at taking jet black hair and getting it to those gorgeous ash blonds colors we love! Check him out
I’ve been here twice now and both times I’ve been really happy with the results. The first time, I brought in a pair of jeans that were way too wide/barrel legged, and he altered them into straight-leg jeans perfectly. You honestly couldn’t even tell they weren’t originally made that way.
The second time, I brought in two pairs of sweatpants for the same kind of alteration, plus a few other pants that needed the waist adjusted. Everything came out great again.
I’m pretty picky about how my clothes fit, so finding someone I trust is a big deal. I’d definitely recommend this place if you care about getting alterations done right.

I’ve been coming to Pro Tech for years. The owner Le is amazing, as well as the rest of the staff. Other shops charge twice as much as I pay for the same quality haircut at Pro Tech. His price is so fair, I can afford to go once a week so I’m looking fresh 365 🤩 I do recommend calling ahead to book an appt as his book of business is booming. However, the owner is always so prompt and responsive. 10/10!

I do enjoy my membership but have had issues with the $1 sign up with friends tan free. I signed up at the end of last year and while they honor the plan I have it’s been a hassle when checking in for my spouse/friend, not to mention the very helpful staff and the clients waiting due to the staff needing to call each time for clearance of my keener ship with a guest.
I thought this was something that would stop once the 2026 year started and moving forward with regular membership prices and have called a few times trying to get this resolved but it’s been over 5 months and this is still an issue. They should disclose this when signing people up. Otherwise the facilities are clean, and the staff are very accommodating.

Clean shop. Everyone was very nice but the whole thing was super awkward. The guy who did my dip manicure is still learning. A lady stood behind him most of the time, watching what he was doing. Not the relaxing service I had been hoping for. Took forever and cost way more than I expected. Shop was oddly empty, which should have been a sign.

My daughter and I have been using this salon for a few years now after trying at least 10 other local places. The Nail House is by far the cleanest, most comfortable and friendliest one we have used. While we both have our favorite technician, we have had multiple people do our nails and the quality is always good. We always get compliments when we’re out and about as well. I love her cuts (I have fine, thinning gray hair that I wear shoulder length). She is very kind and thoughtful and understands and accepts that I am not going to spend an hour with my hair every morning. I felt comfortable and welcomed in her clean and relaxing space immediately.Angela gave me exactly the service/massage I asked for.For me it is a given that someone performing a massage should check in with the person receiving the massage to confirm they are comfortable with the amount of “pressure” but in my experience, that does not always happen. I’m happy to share that Angela checked in with me to be sure I was comfortable during different sections of my body.Overall, it was a great experience, and I will go back again.If I had to give any constructive criticism, it would be that she did not ask for an online review. I gave in person feedback and she knew I was happy with her service. I was referred by one of her clients, so it didn’t matter to me that I didn’t find a ton of reviews online. So this place was amazing the owner is Sue she did my nails and my friends that we got on Groupon but honestly she does amazing makeup permanent makeup and she's so fabulous it's like so cater to to private sessions with her clients and her home is fabulous when you park at 7 there I mean I could have asked for a better place to go get my nails done she's an amazing woman and it's called perfect nails by Sue and it's located off of Fair oaks boulevard but just know you will be ready to be treated like royalty she really puts out the red carpet for her clients and she gives the best advice she's kind of like a counselor a therapist and a makeup artist and her art is amazing she's an artist as well I recommend this place to everybody I give her 20 Stars I believe in her service and her business and I highly recommend everyone goes to check her out and and when you talk to her she will give you a fair price just go in for a consultation you will not be disappointed

Andy Gallagher's service has been cleaning my carpet since he started, more than a dozen yrs ago! It's not just a one step steam clean, but a multi step process:
scrub, then steam clean, with a final brush or rake to reset pile in carpet. -- so my 30 yr "old" carpet looks new every year! The stains are treated separately and all gone. Extra dirty areas are done with extra cleaning. Therefore, it is a higher cost then others, but I get more than I pay for or I wouldn't keep hiring him year after year!
He has a complete separate cleaning unit with heater, tanks, filters and pumps, on an attached trailer, not just a small van mounted unit like most others...
I have 7 rooms done, stairs and 8 x 10 area rug... I tried someone else once but was disappointed and had to redo it!

I had a back tooth pulled. The tooth had a crown and was a little crooked. Doctor Orcutt had to cut the tooth in half to pull it out. He did such an amazing job, after the numbness wore off I had NO pain. I did not have to open the bottle of pain pills. GREAT!! job, NO pain at all.

Everyone is so patient and friendly and made my daughter feel so comfortable and safe! She's 5 and has a few cavities and her first dentist immediately recommended anesthesia. I didn't feel comfortable with that at first and felt like they weren't patient with my child so I seeked out a second opinion here. They are so great with kids and I couldn't thank them enough. Dr.Polley is fantastic, Woke up on 12/13 and had a rib that popped out, if you have never had this happen it is very uncomfortable and effects everything you do. Went to the Joint chiropractic and they made it even worse. Dr. Polley has a wealth of experience and was able to get it reset. I will not see another chiropractor. Thank you Dr. Polley

I have brought my miniature chihuahua here for 3 years now. Doctor Amanda explains thoroughly reasoning for all vaccines I had questioned. I'm glad I asked because I didn't know how important some or all were. Being an older lady (56) I was taught that only one rabbie shot was enough for a lifetime. With science continuously revolving, there are now better ways to protect my dog I didn't know about.
Following my friends surgery in January she needed a good massage to help her heal properly so we reached out to Heather who set up a complete schedule for her and her recovery. Dena is absolutely wonderful. When I first started seeing her, I had very little experience with massage and my nervous system was pretty hypervigilant, so I wasn’t sure how comfortable I would feel. From the very first sessions, Dena was so kind, grounded and calming that I felt completely at ease. She has such a soothing presence and creates a space that feels genuinely safe and relaxing.
She is also very skilled at massage and has helped release so much tension, especially in my face and jaw. I can really feel the difference after seeing her. She also makes her own facial oils, lip balms, body butters and other products with all-natural ingredients, and they are absolutely divine.
Now I’m so comfortable during my massages that I almost always fall asleep, which says everything. I’m so grateful for her care and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone skilled, intuitive and deeply calming.
Bassil has magic hands! I came in with a strained neck/shoulder that had been bothering me for a week. A coworker told me about Bassil and how amazing his massages are so i texted him and he got me in the next day. I had a 90 min massage which was so reasonably priced and I proceeded to have the best massages of my life. The next day my neck/shoulder was ALMOST back to normal which was a huge amount of progress for just one day. I will definitely be back
I had a combination of foot massage and body massage today. Angelina did such a good job that I went in with body aches all over and came out so refreshed and healed. The atmosphere was nice and warm and very clean. The blankets and sheets were warm so I was comfortable the whole time. Overall a very positive experience and I recommend this place to anyone who wants a great massage.

I had been sore for weeks after moving, my back and shoulders were tense to the point of feeling stiff. Amanda got in there and worked every knotted muscle before she was done I could already feel my muscles loosening up and my whole body just feeling so much better and less stiff.
