Had to purchase a new gas water heater. Went through Lowes and worked with Liberty... glad I did. Their technician, Zack was courteous and professional. Conversation was great! He demonstrated what customer service should be!
This review is late! Mike was great to coordinate our job with. He made the process so simple and quick. When Zach came out the next day, it was all business with all smiles. A complete professional that knocked it out of the park. The installation of the water heater came out great and exceeded our expectations.
