“I scheduled a termite and dry rot inspection with Advanced IPM, and Ronny came out promptly to closely inspect my house. He was very professional and thorough and answered all of my questions. One piece of rotten trim was found, and a reasonable estimate was given to replace it. Jeff and crew did great work replacing that rotten trim board, and while recaulking other trim boards, more hidden dry rot was found from behind, which they also replaced. They were very careful to replace rotten backing boards as well and spray Tim-bor and carefully paint the trim. Very happy with their service and the quality of the work done.“
