Connor is very responsive (one of the quickest to get back to me through Yelp service request) and setting up an appointment with him was easy as a breeze. He is communicative, polite, prompt and no BS. Inspection is free (always appreciate that) and he was more than helpful with my small issue. Very thorough and quick. Not only that, he was able to squeeze me in his busy schedule right before the holiday so I can have peace of mind. Highly recommend his service.

Connor was very quick to respond after I requested a quote from the website. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Connor did a thorough inspection in order to figure out my pest problem. He was great at communicating and explaining things and is very knowledgeable at what he does. Brilliant Pest Solutions is by far my favorite pest control company to use. Connor and his team provide quality service! When we bought our home we had a lot of spiders in our yard and cockroaches. We also have a lemon tree so we had a lot of ants too. When Brilliant came by the first time, we instantly noticed a difference. They even came by to re inspect and did some more treatment.
