They are really nice there and feel caring about me and my baby. They ask a lot of questions. But they give new parents to be and who are scared about struggling the biggest stress reliever! The apts are free, ultra sound free, even baby classes that are in person that are free and when you complete it you get a bag you get to fill up with free baby stuff, and free online classes for baby that you can get points for and get free stuff!!! It’s a very amazing opportunity to have especially if you were like me who is young, was not expecting, and worried about being able to afford stuff for baby! “Visited my brother and sister in law and welcomed my niece lily. My sister told me the staff was amazing and treated her well. She has a private room and the facilities were new, modern and clean. From the security to the nurses in the NICU, employees were kind and considerate and very pleasant. Labor and delivery area of the hospital felt secure and after hours you are required to get your face scanned and ID to put your info in their data base. I felt this was a great safety measure. I was impressed with the free coffee machine with a variety of hot beverages with disposable cups in the lobby area of the NICU. My beautiful newborn niece received amazing care as well and she's healthy and doing well.“

“I showed up 30 minutes early because they said there might be pre-lab things. It turned out there were not. After checking in at the automated kiosk, my wait to see a receptionist was only five minutes, and maybe 10 minutes after that before I was seen by a tech to draw my blood. I didn't even feel it and I know he took four vials. Excellent job Kaiser!“

“Top notch care, staff were all welcoming, calming and attentive. Genevieve made the IV virtually painless and was so sweet and caring. Recling chairs, toasty warm blankets, pillows and personal TV available during your treatment as well. You can bring one support person that must be over 18. The ONLY negative is that parking is a nightmare so plan to spend about 20-30 minutes finding a spot until construction of the newest parking garage is completed.“

“I was a Sutter patient for years, but moved to Dignity Health after an insurance change and it’s been the best experience.

Most recently, I needed to schedule an Ultrasound. I called the office less than a week ago and they were able to get me into my preferred location this week. I arrived to my appointment today and walked into a friendly staff, short wait time (was seen right on time), and warm environment.

I could not have asked for a better ultrasound tech. Ariana (Ari), is a doll! From the warm gel to explaining what I’d be feeling, she truly is there for patients. I arrived with a VERY full bladder and she made sure I was comfortable until I could use the restroom. She even shared a story to keep me distracted during the first part of the exam - the sweetest!
