I had a wonderful experience in the 60 min hot yoga class this afternoon with Laurel. It has been a few years since I've taken a hot yoga class and I actually forgot some of the postures! Luckily, I had Laurel's instruction to guide me. Her clear diction and steady dialog was encouraging and she helped me make adjustments to ensure I got the most benefit for my particular fitness level. All around a great class, I will definitely be considering a membership package to take advantage of the other services available here. Namaste!

I really enjoy practicing here. The teachers are always supportive and motivating, and I love the positive energy in the studio. I leave every class feeling refreshed and grounded. Thank you for creating such a wonderful community.

Found myself in Roseville for a work trip. Looking for a gym and I decided to give this place a shot. Wonderful experience, excellent instructors, friendly participants, and a pristine facility.

Having never done Hot Yoga it was a very enjoyable experience. I enjoyed the classes and found myself feeling very energized afterwards. You will sweat a lot so bring a towel and plenty of water. I can only hope to find a studio this nice back home.

Lastly they provide a cool wet towel with lavender at the end of each session, such as nice touch!
