Exceptional, professional, and client oriented. I recommend Charis Day Spa to anyone without hesitation. The owner made it possible for me to tolerate significant levels of discomfort, etc. until I could have the necessary surgery. And now, post-surgery, I am so glad and grateful to be returning to normalcy and with her help, the recovery is accelerated. Simply fabulous.

As a retired Chiropractor I am very aware of my bodies aches and pains and the many ways to address them. I have had adjustments, pain killers, physical therapy and cold and hot. I do Yoga, and dance and roller skate a lot. But nothing gets my 81 year old trigger points relief like a great massage by Laura to relieve those naughty knots!

The service and atmosphere of this Spa are exceptional. Laura is a very healing presence. She works magic with my computer neck, back and shoulders. I feel so much more energy and general optimism after she massages the painful knots out.
