I had a one-time appointment with another stylist in the Bay Area who toned my hair several shades darker than usual. When I moved to this area, I stumbled upon Kiki, and I feel so fortunate to have found her. Color correction isn't simple, and getting very dark brown hair back to dark blonde is very complicated. She's turned this into a project, going incrementally to keep from frying my hair. She knows her stuff! She's also very sweet and funny and always offers something to drink and snack on. Every appointment is pleasant and fun, and my work in progress hair looks great.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Let me start by saying that my experience with Kiki was amazing. I'm getting older and my hair is thinning, I needed volume without a lot of length. I've never had extensions and was a little nervous. I'm so happy I took the leap as Kiki did not disappoint! I appreciated her communication throughout the process answering all my many questions making sure I felt at ease. She listened and gave me exactly what I was hoping for, she's so knowledgeable, an expert in her craft. Professional and kind with the sweetest personality, Kiki's an absolute doll! Thank you, Kiki, for making me feel beautiful. I love my new look!
Kiki is unbelievable she has a heart of gold . I have gone to her for years and she is all about me and what I want. I have blonde hair and she blends it amazing. Comes in late some days when I have an issue with daycare. I would recommend her to everyone. Thank you Kiki for making me feel so beautiful
