She is incredibly skilled with color, and knew exactly what to recommend for my hair. On top of that, she was so warm and friendly it felt like I was visiting with an old friend. She immediately made me feel welcomed and the time flew by as she helped me get my hair back to a more natural color for the winter. There are some people you meet who make a lasting impression on you, and I can say with certainty Jilli is one of those people. “I had been searching for a less painful laser hair removal since the last two places I went to where I did my legs it hurt so much. A friend recommended Trinity Medical Spa because their doctor has a degree in pain control. OMG what a huge difference, so far I've had 2 treatments on my legs and it was very manageable no pain at all, and I had my first treatment on my arms since it was so painless. The girl that did the treatment on me, I forgot her name but I think it was Amy, she was amazing during my treatment. I had lots of questions about the whole process. She talked through the process for me and assured that it would be quick and painless. Which it was! Its such a beautiful place too I recommend Trinity Medical Spa 100% if you are hairy and don't like pain.“
