Upon arriving, Ramon at the front desk greeted me and was very welcoming, friendly and inviting. He’s a great asset to the team. Tina, my provider, was very informative, easy to talk to, professional but also made me feel comfortable and put my first time jitters at ease. Tina is a wonderful provider. She personalized my cut and color based on my crazy wishes. She also, personalized my cut, up until it would look exactly how i wanted it. She checked my work repeatedly, ensuring the color was processing correctly. She also told me that if I find something I wish to change in the next 2 weeks, she will do that for free! I've started getting dip powder from her and because of that my nails have been able to grow out super long -- no one believes me at first when I say they're my real nails. I love getting my natural nails with a solid color or french tip and Mimi is always perceptive to exactly what I want and doesn't hesitate to change it if the color or shape is not what I wanted. She is the sweetest ever and I would recommend her to anyone! A friend recommended me to her and I have been coming religiously ever since! Also I've noticed if there's a customer that is unhappy with the service or had a long wait (stuff happens that is not within the salon's control), she always tries to make it right by giving a free voucher or something or other.
