This was a first visit with our new puppy. We wanted to have a well-care visit to make sure he is in good health. We were greeted in the waiting room by a sign welcoming Gatsby by name. That was special. In addition, the front desk staff was welcoming and friendly.
We were soon ushered into the examing room. The vet tech was very professional in her handling of Gatsby, and she answered all our questions. We love Dr. White and the whole staff at West Roseville Vet. They always greet Brady like family, he has been given wonderful care there since he was 8 weeks old. We have been through some scary times with Dr. White and she took amazing care of Brady, she was also wonderful with our senior dog when we first moved up here and kept him comfortable until it was time to say goodbye.
I almost don’t want to leave a review so WRVH doesn’t get more popular LOL 😂
However, I have to say I have been going to this vet clinic for over a year and a half and each time I go my dogs and I are seen with the same amount of care, empathy, and attentiveness. I have a rescue pitty and WRVH has improved his overall wellbeing to the point where he’s almost a different dog!
I can’t say enough good things about this vet clinic. The receptionists, vet techs, and Dr. Knapp are truly one of a kind and I could not be more happy. They might even bring me more relief than my pets lol!
