Creature Catchers, specifically Dylan were extremely helpful and professional. I had called several other service providers who wouldn't help removing a skunk from under my house. Dylan came out, set traps, explained everything and resolved the problem two different times. Would gladly recommend to anyone who has pest control needs. Professional, polite, and on-time.

Dylan was great! He’s diligent, friendly and thorough. He came out to consult on a skunk problem we were having in our backyard. He gave us a thorough explanation of what we were dealing with, a clear plan and a fair quote. He installed barriers to keep the skunk from under our deck and set a trap to catch anything living under there. He followed up with us daily until we were confident the skunk had left. He was such a pleasure throughout the entire process. I can’t recommend him and Creature Catchers enough.

Had a rat problem in my home that was a major headache, spent a lot of money getting work done on my house & they were still getting in! Dylan responded so quickly to set up an inspection & was able to come out SAME DAY to get the rat exclusion work done at a totally reasonable price! To this day, still haven’t had any rat issues. Very grateful to have found this great company for a second opinion!
