“I tried Club Pilates with a demo class last summer. I've been hooked ever since. Initially, the reformer was pretty intimidating, but it changed my body for the better. My body is stronger and the compliments don't hurt, either. The instructors vary quite a bit so you're likely to find someone that you like. My personal favorites are Valerie and Mary.“
