I think this was the best appliance repair service call we have ever experienced. It started with the office staff scheduling the service - very responsive. We have a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher drawer. Two repairmen came within the repair window, were so nice, checked everything, fixed what was wrong and spent a good amount of time educating us about the particulars of this dishwasher. More information than was provided by our installers or who we purchased it from. I highly recommend this company!
highly recommend Value Appliance. I was initially skeptical due to a previous bad experience with a Viking-referred technician who provided poor service and quality. Thankfully, I was later connected with Value Appliance--second reference--and they completely turned things around. From the start, they showed empathy for my past experience and maintained great communication throughout. Although our parts were delayed (which was on Viking's end), they kept me informed every step of the way. When it came time to install my new Viking door on our oven, the process was quick. Sherri and another team member were consistently kind, responsive, and helpful. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
Chris handled our COVE dishwasher diagnosis and repair. It turned out to be a white whale project, stubborn to diagnose and requiring multiple visits and tech support from NY... but Chris got it done like a pro, all under warranty. He never let up, and did an amazing job.
