We highly recommend Value Appliance. They gave a fair quote to repair our Sub-Zero built-in wine fridge. This was a very big job since the fridge is built-in and very large. Their quote was significantly less than a different company's quote to replace all of the same parts with new Sub-Zero parts. The value to repair the wine fridge was well worth it since a new one would cost more than $12,000!!Value Appliance is one of very few local companies that repair Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. They were one of two that repair wine fridges. I highly recommend them and suggest you give them a call if you need to have a Wolf or Sub-Zero appliance repaired without being gouged.

This company is the real deal. I have all Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances in my kitchen. Although they are aging, I still wouldn't replace them with other brands.Unfortunately many repair services use this as a reason to charge exorbitant prices and do less than factory accepted work.Not so with Value Appliance. They are ethical, honest, talented and friendly service people and are the only ones I will trust to work on my appliances.Lin is the best. He always outperforms my expectations.

One of their service techs answered a question for me over the phone about my ice maker. Scotsman’s reps couldn’t figure it out but this guy did! Thx you guys I’ll call you for repairs in the future
