“A big thank you and a well deserved positive review for Patio Perfections! We received a referral to them from our neighbors as we looked for a patio cover installer. We chose to install a louvered Apollo patio cover. From estimate, to design, install and finish, the process went smoothly. Each person we worked with was personable, knowledgeable and professional. We were engaged throughout the process. The install crew were excellent, worked hours on end with hardly a break, and at the end of a work day, put things neatly away and cleaned up meticulously. Everyone easy to work with, encouraging our input along the way. In particular, to their credit, and deserving of accolades is that less than 1 month after install an intense storm with winds of 50-60 mph lifted and blew off several louvers. I called them the next morning to report what happened and they were here and fixed it that afternoon! Excellent customer service!“

“Tony came out to my house 3 weeks ago to diagnose my 13 yr old York furnace that wouldn't come on. He climbed into our 2nd story attic and in a short time had discovered a bad controller board. The next day he came back with a new board, installed it, and tested the furnace. The furnace has been working reliably every since. Tony is professional and punctual, yet also personable. I will use Puma Plumbing again (my AC is likely to be needing service next). I highly recommend Tony.“

We recently contracted them for a cabinet painting job as well as exterior painting, and everything from the estimate process through job completion was seamless. Tommy came out for our estimate and was super knowledgeable and helpful, explaining every aspect of the job in detail. He even provided some advice on other projects we had going on in the house, which we ended up taking and couldn't be more grateful! Alicia was a rock star to work with. She took our needs into consideration, answered every question and stayed in constant contact. Within a week Brent and his guys showed up and did all the repairs in a professional manor. We were happy with all aspects of his work.
