“The job went well and George and Julian were so pleasant, and cleaned up when they were done. George did a great job of communicating with me, which I really appreciate. The patio cover and fan and lights all look beautiful. They installed 2 drop down sun shades and a fan (both of which I purchased separately) as part of the job and they assist with making the patio very comfortable. It's like having another room!

Justin was also great to work with. He answered my questions and advised about a few things. The patio cover is actually better looking than I expected!! I’m very pleased.

“We were referred to JM by our insurance adjuster after experiencing a leak in our wall and materials that needed to be removed in the home tested positive for both lead and asbestos. I was quickly contacted by the project manager Cole who arranged to meet at our house promptly the next day. He explained the scope of work laid out by the insurance company. They scheduled us and stuck exactly to their timeline. We were very impressed by the demolition that they performed. Alex was able to see our vision as well as giving recommendations and suggestions.

Alex would keep us informed of what is being worked on day by day to keep us aware on the timeline and expectations. This is important to us open communication.
