Is all I'm going to say :). I don't want to give up my secret place or my secret massage therapists ! I'm kidding this place is by far one of the best places I have ever been to. Highly recommend
This is an updated review of Iconiq Day Spa. My initial visit wasn't pleasant. But, somehow, a manager was able to get in touch via my husband (who initially scheduled my first visit). The manager (I'm sorry, I forgot the name) was very kind and apologetic. They offered to give me another massage with a different therapist. Initially, I did not want to. But, I was still so sore from my first visit that I said yes. This time I got a name. I saw Emily. She was great. Very attentive to my needs and made sure I was very comfortable. I really liked my massage this time and I will come back for a longer visit and I do hope that Emily will be available for when I do. Thank you Iconiq for taking care of me. Appreciate it very much.
Moving from LA, I never had a best massage experience when it comes to Iconiq Day Spa. Found them a couple months ago when finding the right massage place and it was truly one of the best when it comes to their services and their exemplary service! Spoke to one of the managers in the front desk the other day and you will know who knows their customers then any other one. Listens to their feedback from customers and every massage therapist takes their time with you so that you will leave refreshed and revitalize. Will be definitely be a returning customer if I ever need a massage from them!
