I have been coming to Mercy’s Hairstylist for a couple of years, I was looking for a great stylist because I don’t want to change, and I am fortunate that I found Mercy. I love how she does my hair, I bring a picture of how I want it and she does it exactly. She takes the necessary time to do my hair, I don’t feel rushed like in other places. She is also very friendly and so is her staff.
I've been maintaining my Locket hair extensions with Destiny for a year now. She's quick and very reasonably priced. The thing that I love about her is that she truly cares about her clients. She notices when I trim, tone, and highlight my hair even when the people I live with don't. This trait really shined when I was replacing my hair extensions since they were worn out. I was debating if I should order the preblended hair packs or a brown and a platinum blonde pack. She suggested to just order the brown and the platinum blonde because the preblended was unpredictable and she knew I liked to color my hair. When I saw the packs in person, I was really regretting my choice. I thought no way can this platinum blonde blend with my hair. This was until she gave me the mirror to see the progress, and I was pleasantly surprised. She worked her magic as a blending/extension specialist and made it work! Her placement was just chef's The end result is what I've been wanting for years, but didn't know how. Love Destiny's work and 100% would recommend for any hair needs!

Thanh is amazing! I have trouble with my hair because it seems to tangle in the back no matter how much I brush it. Thanh accommodated my last minute appointment request something I was expecting to be turned away. What I appreciated about her was that my hair was cut by another stylist and she said it looked uneven so she fixed it. Thanh was on her feet for a very long time. I felt so bad because I seen how exhausted she was and was probably ready to go home. She finished my hair & I was satisfied. It was more than I expected! She's very skilled in her work. After paying for her services, as I was walking away she still kept checking my hair to see if there were mistakes. Thanh is a perfectionist! She really cares about making sure her work is perfect and her clients are happy. She made me feel like a whole new person walking out of her salon. I will for now on get her services on my hair. Called last minute hoping to get an appointment Denicia was able to squeeze me in thankfully! I have medium length hair but the style of braid I wanted needed some length. She showed me exactly which brand and length of braiding hair I should buy which made the process so much easier for me since this was my first time getting my hair braided. She walked me through pretty much the whole process, checked in on me to make sure nothing was too tight/painful. She was pretty gentle and her genuine, fun personality made the experience even better. I love the outcome, she perfected the style from my reference pic. Thank you again! Nancy first turned me blonde when Instagram came out ? and since then I’ve had a series of stylists who attempted to do similar work of flawlessly blending highlights with dark roots. But alas, only Nancy can achieve what I’m looking for which is a beautifully blended lived-in look. I’m thankfully back to having her work magic on my hair ? You might not know exactly what you want yet, but Nancy is patient and works with you to achieve color that looks great even 6 months after. Absolutely worth the money because you either buy nice or end up buying twice!!! Don’t make my mistake of trying to get work done overseas or with other stylists who turn you blonde without strategic placement. I always look and feel great when I leave her salon, and that’s how you know you have a great stylist!
We love it here. Lived in Hayward years ago and this has been our barber since they opened. Relocated to San Joaquin county (4 yrs) and nowhere there is like this place, so we make the drive for haircuts here. Price is good. Always packed when we go there. 2 men & 2 boys. Well worth it here. Lifetime customer for sure.

I've been going to Jake for haircuts now for almost 10 years now (followed him through 3 shops). He's a great guy, and does an amazing cut every time. The first time I went in and met him, he was very helpful in showing me how to style a new style that I was trying out. Always great conversation and come out of the chair looking awesome. each time I come get acrylics here, they usually last me abt a month or over a month which is amazing bc no other salon I've been to made my acrylics stay that long. she also makes sure to ask if you like the shape and tries her best w the design and I respect her for that

Quick 5 minute wait for daughter to get serviced while I waited about 10-15 minutes until other nail tech was available. We walked in, no appt needed. Prices start at $50, quoted $80 for her pick of red French tips with designed Bows. Mine : considered a fill with design -$70. 3% charge for using credit card. Service was fast, beautiful work done to our nails. Daughter liked her nails but said one hand looked better than other. Oh geez- teens Would visit again if in the mall & wanted nails to be done.

I'm easily overwhelmed in big salons - Splendid is the perfect atmosphere for me. Getting my hair cut here feels like getting help from a more stylish and capable friend. And the prices are super reasonable for the quality. If there's another spot in the Bay to get this quality of cut for a price this low, I haven't found it (and I've lived all over the Bay for nearly a decade!).

I had a great experience at Peter's Skin Art. They were very nice, and professional, not to mention I thought they seemed like pretty down to earth people and very talented. It was a unique experience compared to my other tattoo experiences, but I don't at all mean that in any negative way! I am not quite sure how to describe it, but nonetheless it was a great ink session and I can tell that this is legit and I can't wait to return! I would definitely recommend if you want a quality piece from an all around good time husband and wife business that wants to give you the best tattoo experience from the moment you enter to the second you leave. I asked for 2 dates of significance in Roman numerals and also asked for advice in where the tattoo would look best and I can genuinely say they saw my vision. Devine was my artist and was very gentle behind the ear and neck area and was done in about a hr. Lines are very symmetrical and pop out nicely. She’s very kind and dedicated to what she does for sure. Definitely recommend her.

Wow! Called this business at 9:45 this Saturday morning to get an estimate on deep cleaning my 8x10 area rug which has been badly soiled by my dogs. They were at my door at 11:00.The rug was really bad as was the pad underneath.I didnt expect perfection due to the extent of urine damage but they NAILED it! We've been working with Mitch Alves and MCA Remodeling for seven years. We started with our guest bathroom remodel. We were so please with the results that we contracted with them again on a major remodel of our kitchen and great room. When we got to phase three, it was a no brainer on who we were going to select. We hired Miguel and his crew to do an extensive renovation of our house, including a kitchen, two bathrooms, painting and deck maintenance. Hi-Tech Termite came out and inspected and provided a clear estimate for treatment (x-ray and chemical) and rotted wood replacement. It seemed fair and we proceeded. The crew showed up on time and did fantastic work. They even found matching paint (I didn’t know I had) and painted the window sill and exterior siding for me. I highly recommend Hi-Tech Termite. Staff is kind and professional.

He listened to my report and the report of an independent witness. He investigated and quickly agreed to fix the damage.I was able to choose my own auto body shop. The estimate was approved. Releases were signed and the work was completed in a few days. The company ordered a rental car for me. This transaction restored my faith in corporate dealings. We recently hired JTS Tree Expert for a major tree trimming job and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. A large eucalyptus tree in our front yard was blocking most of the sunlight, and we reached out to several services for quotes. Jose from JTS offered the most competitive pricing and stood out by providing a clear, detailed plan of action—something other companies failed to do.
His team arrived the very next business day and worked diligently from morning until late afternoon. They skillfully trimmed the dense foliage and removed heavy branches without disturbing our surrounding plants. Midway through, they paused to let us assess the progress, and at our request, they trimmed further to maximize sunlight exposure.
The crew wrapped up by cleaning the area thoroughly. They brought a wood chipper to process the cut branches into small pieces and efficiently hauled everything away. We were impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and the quality of their work.

I am a long time patient of Dr. K. He performed composite/resin fillings on several of my teeth almost 20 years ago. To date my fillings are still holding up and I don't experience any discomfort. Dr. K is experienced and is genuinely a great person, he makes his patients feel comfortable. I'm very confident in Dr. K's dental care and highly recommend him.

Everybody in there was super sweet & helpful I called explained my situation and they made me a same day appointment even allowed my baby to attend the appointment with me ( super grateful for that) my over all experience was 10/10 I would definitely go back in the future my only thing they don’t accept medical insurance but the cost of the consultation was super cheap compared to other offices.
I started going to this location about a year ago. Prior to that, I would take them to their sister location of Forever Fun in which I was also very satisfied with the service & care the kids receive.

Dr. Coley is a life saver! I’ve had severe back pain and sciatic nerve pain that Kaiser couldn’t/wouldn’t do anything about. It felt like there was no hope and no signs of improvement. My pain was making me quite the pessimist, but now I’m very optimistic that my circumstances will improve thanks to the help I’ve received from The Function! Dr. Coley is very thorough in every appointment and great at educating me on what he’s doing and why. Very grateful and hopeful of a full recovery!
I saw Dr. Jack Hakimian about six years ago. It was a very positive experience but didn’t return until recently because thankfully I was leading a pain free life. Fast forward to 2025. Both my husband and I were having lower back problems. We are both in our 70’s. I got an adjustment from Dr. Jack and walked away a new woman, was SO relieved to have the sciatica in my right hip/leg gone. My husband has Osteoporosis and a long list of other arthritic related problems. I was worried that getting an adjustment might cause some damage given what he’s been told about how brittle his bones. I talked to Dr. Jack about my concerns and he explained that he has different techniques that he uses depending on the person’s needs and assured me that he had never injured anyone in 30 plus years of practice. That gave me the confidence to bring Larry in to see him. We have both experienced improved mobility and less pain from the adjustments but my husband’s situation is more complex than mine. Still hopeful that Dr. Jack can help him but it will take more time.
The treatments are like going to a spa. He has a marvelous massaging table that applies heat and a massage to the spine. Then you are adjusted. After that he uses another magic device, a super massager, to work out any muscle tension. I’ve had chiropractors adjust my neck before and it’s tricky; you have to have a lot of trust and confidence in a chiropractor to let them adjust your neck! I trust Dr. Jack and he did a great job adjusting my neck. Dr. Jack has knowledge AND more importantly years of experience treating many different kinds of problems. He also has a genuine spirit of compassion and desire to help people. It’s a winning combination.
Dr Hagan made my daughter and I feel so comfortable and at home for our first visit. We are delighted to have such a warm and pleasant place to go too for my baby therapy.

I’ve been having chronic back pain since my mid-20s stemming from injuries and bad posture. I decided to try this clinic out since I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with actual licensed Chiropractors who owned/co-owned their own practice. I suppose there are those who stick to their ways even when over time, advances in clinical practice are made. I figured that going to a school that taught modern chiropractic care would be my next best bet, and I was right!
The senior intern who is currently treating (under the supervision of an experienced, licensed Chiropractor) is Sarah Opper. She is not just someone who decided to become a licensed Chiropractor out of no where. She has several hours of experience working hands on with people from her time working at StretchLab, has her Master’s in Sports Performance and even has a husband who has sustained the same injuries as me (torn ACL, etc.)
Sarah understood the difficulties I faced having to compensate with weight distribution because of my ACL injury and how it could possibly affect my back. Over the course of a few weeks I have felt immediate relief. And the great thing is the relief lasts for more than a day (unlike my previous treatments with licensed Chiropractors). She is easy to talk to, very attentive and has attention to detail making sure that my treatment plan is customized to my specific conditions that I want addressed. If you plan on giving this place a shot, I highly recommend Sarah!
My family and I have been going here for more than twenty years. On numerous occasions Dr. Cellu has taken me last minute right before closing when I should have gone to an emergency vet. She has handled anything and everything we’ve presented her with. I value her opinion so much that, since moving out of state, I will send my mom with questions to ask her to double check whatever my current vet has said. I’ve tried multiple veterinarians and not one has come close to Dr. Cellu and the staff there. I highly recommend.
Dr. Buddie and her staff have been helping our family pets for over 10 years. She is very knowledgeable and cares about your pet. Some people may not like her upfront information. But she's saying it with concern for your family pet. She wont force you to do anything just give her opinion. Her staff make life easy for my dogs, when they see them they wiggle their tails. One can always tell when people truly have a passion for their work and I see this here. They are so attentive with my dogs and cats. It does help that my animals are calm but there is no other vet that I trust as much as Noble.
My dog got euthanized in this clinic. The vet and the staff are very kind and empathetic. They helped us with the process and gave us time for our family to stay with our dog for the very last time. They gave us hair clippings of our dog and even placed it in small bottles that can be used as key chains. They also help us arrange for the cremation and urn. Within a week, we received our beloved dog's cremains. Shout out to Dr. Singer and Kai for giving such an exceptional care and support for our family and our beloved dog!

My dog Dude, was scratching his skin off and I was unable to get him in with his usual Vet. They were not able to see him for 4 days. Hayward Animal Clinic was able to see him the next day. They treated him and sent us home with pills to take twice a day. His scratching started to subside within hours and the next day he was so much better.
I am thankful that Hayward Animal Clinic could see him so quickly and so professionally. They were very nice and handled Dude very well and gently.

WOW, I never knew that acupuncture works so well. ive only went 2 times, and my feet legs were cramping so painful, but 1 session and i could feel outside 3 toes and could feel the bottom of my foot. went back 1 week later and sameish type of treatment, but now my neck is losing up and walking the distance that usually gets a cramp in my legs but no cramps. on my watermelon thank you list dont know when but the best watermelon for you. thank you for the use of your education . 10/22 24 she is the best of 2024 hands down. if you have pain, arthritis, and cramping, I give you harmony acupuncture. my 60 years of doing things accidents, falls,getting attacked from behind. and so much more, I have talked to my doctors about everything taking tests . they were saying they couldn't see anything, but I hurt August 1 08 every day since but her knowledge of acupuncture she has reduced a lot of discomfort, numbness in my feet, stamina, helping me walk correctly . I've taken physical therapy 3 times to walk , 2000s tedious and slow, but remembering all the exercises. I have doubled my walking distance, and cramping in legs has lessing, but my core muscles were ineffective, not working she cupped my stomach, and they are coming back to life working . it affects my walking sitting standing but now I can feel my core muscles tighting up, not pushing out .sometimes, I would hear sloshing in my stomach liquid moving back and forth inside my gut, but it has changed for the better . thank you, Agatha, you're an angel.

Initially I was a little concerned about the older reviews but my experience was positively different.
I have no previous riding experience but came out of the class feeling very comfortable riding a motorcycle. The instructors were strict and direct but very informative and helpful at the same time. They understand the risks of riding a motorcycle and did their best to help us learn to mitigate those risks. Special shout out to Chris who was patient and helpful.
They have a range of different motorcycles to accommodate your needs and equipment (helmets, gloves, etc.) if you don’t have your own.
Overall, highly recommend them as option to get your DL389 waiver.
