Long overdue review for Brenda. She is a creative contributing partner for your health and wellness, no matter where you are in your journey. Excellent in listening and helping you address pain/discomfort so that you emerge out of the massage session refreshed, energized and with a lot less pain!

Brenda is the best. I had been in so much pain due to stress and bad sleep habits, and she made me feel so much better. I went back for a second massage a few weeks later and ended up so relaxed at the end that I fell asleep! And my neck stopped getting "stuck" all the time when I tried to turn it. Can't wait to make another appointment.

I'm so fortunate to have discovered Brenda through Yelp. I've been experiencing hip pain throughout the summer. I searched for a true "medical" massage. Stretching, icing, and meds were just not helping enough. I'm a walker of 8-9 miles a day and my walks had lost their joy. My doctor had diagnosed IT band syndrome but Brenda found other issues as well and focused her work on those as well. Her trigger point work is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and uses anatomical charts to explain where she is working and why. Together we worked out exactly where my problems were originating.
