The technician, Alex, is very competent, gets the results needed using his inspection tool, great at explaining what he does and what needs to be done to fix the sewer problem.
I will ask for him to do the fix once we are ready to proceed.
Mr. Rooter returned to my home, today 10/28/25 at my request to do a hydro-jet cleaning the drain in my basement. Uriel arrived on time and explained to me the process involved. Due to the accumulation of matter over the years it was a bit more difficult and after using the cable (snake) to break through and then utilizing the hydro-jet he completely cleared my drain. He even had me go outside and i could hear the water and feel the air that was being emitted from the street trap/vent, the gismos that we all have in front of our homes at the curb, which indicated that my pipe was open and cleared. Having my drain hydro-jet cleaned was a new experience for this senior....read full review
