I have been using Mr. Rooter Plumbing for the last 20 years. As always they have been responsive and very professional. Any issues are clearly explained to me and they always have the best value for the work performed.
Quick response, able to get appointment on the same day. Turns out the issue was that there's no water in our P-trap. Alex was very knowledgeable and thorough with his explanation.Wish the diagnostic fee was lower but still was worth it for the peace of mind. Thank you!
Quality and prompt customer service. Was easily able to get an appointment scheduled for the next day (Saturday). The only snafu was the time scheduled (with an email confirmation) somehow switched in their system to an hour later. However after I called the local office to inquire, they were very professional and apologetic.The technician was knowledgeable and efficient with our disposal issue and was in and out within an hour.
