Miguel and his crew are the best I have ever worked with. I will only call his team in the future when we need work done in our home.
First of all, Miguel is very responsive. He not only communicates quickly and clearly, he shows up when he says he is going to show up. His crew is ALWAYS on time.
Second, his quote was very reasonable. What I liked about it was that he quotes the labor only. You are free to purchase whatever materials you’d like. If you want high end cabinetry or more affordable ones, it doesn’t matter. He will work with whatever materials you’d you choose. This was the biggest remodel project we have done to our home, so we were nervous about finding the right contractor. After getting quotes from several contractors, we decided to go with Miguel, and it was definitely the right decision.
Miguel went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was honest, transparent, and excellent with timelines. He helped us with design decisions, guided us in narrowing down our choices, and coordinated closely with the structural engineer to make sure everything was planned and completed on time. We hired Miguel and his crew to do an extensive renovation of our house, including a kitchen, two bathrooms, painting and deck maintenance. Miguel’s quote was very reasonable and we are very happy with the results. His crew were great to work with and always left the house clean and neat. We were especially pleased with the attention to detail and suggestions throughout the renovation on how to improve the look of certain areas of the house. They were always willing to work with us to add extra projects and changes to the list. I highly recommend his crew and will definitely want to work with them again for future projects we have.
