My daughter bought a house 3 weeks ago.Unfortunately crisis took place,on the 3 rd floor the pipe started shooting out water from behind the toilet when it should never be loose,a plumber would have to saw it,I try covering it by switching my hands putting pressure on the pipe so it can stop. Then I remember I seen the main water line outside in front so I ran downstairs to shut it off.
