I requested the move out cleaning and the cleaning was good. the landlord agreed on returning all my security deposit. 1 star deducted for increasing my initial quote to 350 to 470 on the job site, which leave to no choice and have to take it
Everyone that has come in for cleaning has been conscientious and asked good clarifying questions, it's clear that there is some consistent training they get. Lidia is also well organized to set up/confirm our monthly service appointments. If anyone is running behind schedule we are contacted with an update, but most of the time the cleaner is here on time or, today they were actually a few minutes early .
We have used Sunshine only as needed, and they always do a wonderful job. Most recently they did our move-out clean which included fridge/freezer, oven cleaning, and insides of closets in addition to all of the usual service. I hate to admit the place was dirty! They arrived promptly and got right to work, finishing with an immaculate space in under 3 hours! We are so pleased, but more importantly so is our landlord.
