Orkin Pest Control delivered quality and professional service at one of the properties I virtually manage in Oakland, CA. Special shout out to Marcus, the technician who performed the job onsite- for a very friendly, efficient, and professional service he has provided today. His customer service is phenomenal. The first appointment, he wasn't able to access the unit and had to reschedule. The 2nd time he got onsite, the tenant did not prep the unit despite instructions given her prior to the service call. Excellent customer service from Elijah P.!!!He was so kind, helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable. He explained the whole process of his visit and was very professional. I have used Clark’s over the years and wanted to try a different company and I am so glad I did. I would definitely recommend Orkin and ask for Elijah!!!
We’ve had one service and everything was fine. I wish I would have known ahead of time that If they spray inside the home, we need to be gone for two hours. Otherwise, so far so good.
