“First, they're responsive and honest about insurance and pricing - they take some insurances and they're reasonable otherwise out of pocket. Facility is well kept, son and father are at the place. Now the magic itself. I sent my husband there honestly out of desperation because he was in so much pain and little mobility with a two-year frozen shoulder and a delayed procedure in the works. The father is apparently the specialist for these types of conditions, and according to my husband with the first session between some heavy acupressure, a mani-manipulation and acupuncture - I saw him able to raise his arm above his head and swing it around for the first time in more than a year. He did one more session to set him up in a good place for his actual procedure next week, but I cannot tell you how grateful I am for this place. I have never ever been one to suggest acupuncture as a first modality of treatment (I am a nurse), but places like this make me look at approaching care in a totally different way. Thank you Bay Area Acupuncture!“
