“An HVAC tech checked out my house and found ducts wrapped in asbestos. The ducts were damaged and exposed and the tech told me I had to remove them before work can be done. (Asbestos is banned and causes lung cancer) Reached out to Andrew contractors and Frank had the most rates. His crew was professional and helpful. Best thing I like about Frank is that he reached out and offer me home improvement advice even at no gain to himself. Through him I found a good HVAC contractor who was very responsive and and did a great job working on my home. I highly recommend going with Frank as he seems to pride himself in taking care of his customers.“

We were so please with the results that we contracted with them again on a major remodel of our kitchen and great room. When we got to phase three, it was a no brainer on who we were going to select. First of all, Miguel is very responsive. He not only communicates quickly and clearly, he shows up when he says he is going to show up. His crew is ALWAYS on time.

Second, his quote was very reasonable. What I liked about it was that he quotes the labor only. You are free to purchase whatever materials you’d like. If you want high end cabinetry or more affordable ones, it doesn’t matter. He will work with whatever materials you’d you choose. Even better is that he picked up all of the materials for us!

Third, he made the permit process so easy. He filed all permits and scheduled all of the required inspections. We didn’t have to do a thing.

Fourth, his crew pays attention to details. The work is beautiful.

Once Miguel started our project, the crew never stopped. They didn’t go start another job. Our FULL kitchen remodel was done in six weeks.
