I called the salon and spoke with the owner and asked about a particular hair service. She asked questions about what I needed and shared that she was fully booked the week before New Years Day which is understandable. However what she did next is what makes her standout from other people in the business. She referred me to a colleague who would be able to meet my particular hair needs since she wasn't available. She went the next step and called her colleague and advised her that I would be calling and to please help. This is service right here and I haven't even met with her. Thank you!
